The workouts are designed to be quick and effective so that you can maximize the amount time you have to workout. Let's Get It Started! - This beginner twelve week strength schedule is designed to introduce you to circuit style weight training. Your schedule includes cardio suggestions for your non-strength days. To assist you with your exercises, you will receive my PNP Exercise Bible filled with tons and tons of free weight and machine exercises, links to video, pictures, and descriptions. Big Mo! - This an intermediate strength schedule. Once you have completed the Kick Start routine once or twice, OR you are in relative good shape with experience in strength training, you will move to a three-day body split. Your eight week program will focus on training your back and shoulders, arms and chest, and a power leg day. You also receive the PNP Exercise Bible for guidance on how to complete the routines. Work It Out! - You must be in pretty good shape, looking to drastically change up your current routine, or completed the Big Mo series. This is the Big Girls workout and adds the intensity you need to change your body. Your eight week program will be a four day split focusing on chest and arms, back, shoulders, and legs. These are serious workouts for serious exercise enthusiasts. It's great for people who want to strength train and lean down about five to ten pounds in the process. You also receive the PNP Exercise Bible for guidance. Cost for Work It Out! - $24.95

FAQ's

Can I do these workouts at home? Absolutely! When you email me that you would like to purchase one of these programs, you will select home or gym routine. Home routines require a stability ball, resistance band, 5, 8, and 10lb dumbbells and a step or weight bench. Gym routines will utilize free weights and machines.

What if I have questions? If you have questions regarding your routine you can email me with your questions. I only ask you keep your email to schedule questions only as I have many clients I coach throughout the day with my personal training service.

Can these routines be repeated? Yes! The beauty of these programs is that you can do them over and over again, switch out exercises, or increase intensity by decreasing reps and upping the weights. I provide you with a framework that can be altered time and time again to keep challenging your body.

I'm a novice...will I understand what I am doing? Sure. You get the PNP Exercise Bible loaded with instructions and you receive instruction and examples on how to do the routines. Again, I'm available to answer any questions you might have pertaining to your routines.

Does your cardio book, Work Your Butt Off with PNP, work with this schedule? Definitely. You receive the same workouts my personal clients use. We do these day in and day out.

This service delivers customized training programs for your strength, cardio, and flexibility. The program also includes unlimited email support, once a week phone consultation, and daily diet consultation. Every client recieves the following tools to help them in their fitness and weight loss journey:

  • Spreadsheets that detail your daily workouts including sets/reps/cardio.
  • Exercise Directory that lists all of your exercises along with descriptions, pictures, and links to any and all exercises in my entire arsenal. This is updated often as I find new and challenging workouts for clients. As long as you are a client you keep getting the updated material.
  • Nutrition Directory that describes my own weight loss philosophy. There is nothing crazy here…no starving, no pills, no weird food combinations or restrictions. If you read my diet journals you will have an idea of what I believe we should all strive to eat like…healthy, fresh, nutritious, timely, and proportionately. This can be used with Weight Watchers or stand alone.
  • Flexibility Guide that demonstrates a good beginner and advanced stretch routine. This guide also discusses the proper way to stretch and when it is most advantageous.
  • Cardio Routines Directory includes my popular treadmill routines, elliptical, stairmaster routines, and boot camp style routines. With this you have fresh workouts to keep you busy and fit regardless of the equipment you have available.
  • Access to the Phit-N-Phat Crew Member Site. Clients of Phit-N-Phat discuss fitness and nutrition on our own group discussion board, have access to my personal articles and advice, recipes, and best exercise strategies. We are a community at Phit-N-Phat and the member site allows all clients to support and grow together. Be prepared for active group discussion on today’s latest health and fitness topics.

This program is only $49.95 a month - less than one visit to a live personal trainer. You will be billed automatically every 30 days and you can cancel at any time.
