Layout

The appearance of your site. Having basic layouts from MSN, Freewebs, etc will automatically make you lose these points; sorry!
Color Choice

Make sure colors look good together, but are different enough that they are distingushable from one another.
Language

Grammar and wordchoice should accord to most modern english dictionaries. Foul language will deduct from this score.
Function

Points will be deducted for having broken links, broken images, etc.
Navigation

Is your navigation bar clear and consice?
Information

This is often what makes a site; if it's specific to a character or cast member, there should be expansive information on that person. If it's general, there's a treasure trove of information you could have. From quotes and bios to scripts and songs you ought to have something.
Media

Music, backgrounds, banners ect.
Graphics

Much like media, except that this contains all graphics on the site, even ones not necessarily up for download, and does not pertain to music etc.
Interactivity

Games, Forums, chatrooms, guestbooks, tagboards, polls, banner requests etc.
Atmosphere

Something incredibly important to sites; does every other word need to be bleeped out? Are there any racist, sexist, or otherwise inappropriate comments or images? The webowner should be friendly and courteous to recieve full points.
Dedication

How often you update and add things to the site. If the webowner only comes around once a month, don't expect members to stick around long either.
Creativity

Judged by the types of games, graphics, writings, fanfiction, etc.
Originality

You'll lose points from here if you take texts, graphics (excluding gallery images), etc from another's site, and even more if you fail to acknowledge them.
Size

How large is the site? For those who are hosted with no cost, we will check to see whether you've correctly used the amount of space offered to you-- if you've only recently started, or have been on a long haitus, we will take this into consideration.
