My first birds were a pair of Racing Homers by the name is Exavior (blue check) and Annabelle (white grizzle). I didnt know much about pigeons and they taught me so much. I now own 11 homers. Two of those being second generation to Exavior and Annabelle. I love my birds and could never lose one of them. Consequently i cant fly due to all the predators. I do have a couple for sale. I have to make room for my show birds.
Anabelle and Exavior
This is Annabelle (WGRZ) and Exavior (BC). They were the first pigeons i bought. They have raised five squabs this year and I am retiring them as breeders. They will be fostering my Damascenes in the future.
Avis
Avis is the first squab I ever raised. He is my best buddy and most tame bird. Was hoping to get a few squabs from him but he paired up with his sister so he will make a good foster parrent. He has a big personality.
Mac and Yumi
Mac is an 05' BLK cock and his mate is my 07' WGRZ hen. They have raised 2 squabs this year. I will post some pictures of them soon.
Blue and Rose
This is Blue (BB) and Red (RC). When I bought Red I was led to believe he was a hen. He never paired up with anyone until blue came along. Blue is too young to breed but they found a couple of eggs that were laid by my bantam hen. I replaced the chicken eggs with dummy eggs and they are laying on them now.... silly birds.
