| Damascene |
The Damascene is an ancient breed that derived from some where in the middle east, no one knows for sure. It is even depicted in hieroglyphs in ancient Egypt. I was amazed when i first seen them and bought a pair of blue bar. I now own a beautiful pair of red bars also.

| Van and Anne |
Van and Anne were the first Damascenes I purchased. They hatched out two squabs this year, but one was lost at one week old. The remaining squab has since then fledged and is doing well.

| Little Benny |
 This is Benny. He is the first damascene squab i raised. He has a personality like no other. Very sweet bird.

| Rajha and Cleo |
 This is my red bar damascene cock and hen. Rajha on the left and Cleo on the right. I isolated them in my room so they would pair up. They are a beautiful addition, and their morning coos are a much more pleasant to wake up to than an alarm clock or rooster.
