Welcome to the Lofts Paloma website. My name is Christopher Ly and I live in Pratt Kansas. I raise racing homers, Damascenes in both red and blue, Modenas, and bantam chickens. My birds are my children. Some people see pigeons as pests but they are wonderful creatures who can love, think, and play just like you and I. When they find a suitable mate the stay faithful, for the most part, for their entire 12 to 20 years of life. If you open your mind and heart I'm sure you will accept them as your friends too. Hello all, Its been a while since i have updated here. My firefox isnt working and safari isnt compatable with freewebs. I have two new damascene squabs and one newborn homer. The homer is from Blue and Red. I cant wait to see what i comes out to be. Im looking for one blue gazzi modena hen, one bronze tri hen, and one rec. yello homer hen. I received a pair of button quail today. They are so cute, and not much larger than a house sparrow. I will keep them in for the winter.

Ross Smith visited me this last Sunday. He brought me three Valecian Figuritas. Only one problem... they are all three cocks. But i got a hold of Bob Lockhart and I am going to purchase 2 hens from him. We are also looking for anyone interested in joining the Kansas Pigeon Association. I got my three modena cocks in today. They are awesome. There is one red ash, one opal gazzi, and one bronze bar gazzi. Hopfully i will be getting some hens from Ed Kassleman soon. That will make my new residents happy.

I have sold 2 of my homers to Terry Rogers of TX. They will go to a good home. Iv also purchased 3 Modena cocks from a Zach Carlson of WY. They are some beautiful birds. I will put up some pics as soon as i get them. Take care all.

I introduced my red bar damascenes to the rest of the birds today. I made sure to feed everyone and then put them in the aviary so they would all be nice and content. Then after i added them I put the bath water in so they could get acquainted. New pic of benny added also!
