SNYDER MOVES ON

We wish Chris Snyder and his family all the best as he leaves the fast-paced world of Station 66 to retire...er, um...become a cop.  We'll forgive him, eventually...remember, Chris, time heals all wounds!!

Good luck, Chris, you'll be missed.

PS: "A" Platoon still wants the money you owe to the kitty.

ENGINE 66 ASSISTS STATION 49 ON ROUTE 1

On May 18th at 12:23 hrs, Engine 66 ("A" Platoon) was dispatched to Route 1 at Sayre Drive to assist Plainsboro FD with an MVA.  E-66, along with PPPL Haz-Mat and Rigging Crews, assisted in spill clean up of 275 gallons of diesel fuel and the removal of an overturned office trailer, which the truck was towing.  The Route 1 Corridor was closed in both directions for the duration of the incident.

A LIFE SAVED

At approximately 10:20 hrs on November 7th, Ambulance 166 ("A" Platoon) responded to a call for an cardiac/unconscious subject at the PPL Computer Center.  Responding personnel were able to use a combination of C.P.R. and an A.E.D. (Automatic External Defibrillator) to revive the patient.  The quick action taken by the employees and our members saved the patient's life.

Congratulations to FF O'Brien, D/O Thompson, FF Snyder and T/O Loh for a job well done.
