Hobbies: Jumping Kveld and
Eran. ^^;; Chasing his kits. Eating. Collecting pretty
things.
Skills/Talents: Lots and lots of x-rated tricks
he's picked up over the years. Eating kinkily. Looking pretty. Angsting. He's
VERY good at angsting.
Special Powers: Kitsune stuff: illusion magic,
shapeshifting, extremely quick movement, and foxfire, along with a very extreme
"persuasiveness". Mind-linked with the kits, and resonates with
Kveld.
Items: His kitsune ball: a small, perfectly round,
white ball that goes everywhere with him. No one knows what it does, including
himself.

USUALLY a good thing), and likes to make people laugh. He lives to please, so
he's usually very obliging and helpful. Sweet and gentle with the people he
cares about.
Bad Points: Desperately low self esteem makes him
very, very unstable. He's terribly dependent on people and has a habit of going
crazy or getting very sick when he loses them. His martyr-complex just won't
stop. -_- Also, he feels very deeply, so when he gets angry, he gets VERY angry,
and won't let go of his grudge until he feels avenged.
Likes: Sex, cuddling, pretty things, being warm,
tomatoes, comfy beds/chairs, sweets, happy lovies.
Dislikes: Being lonely, being cold, having his
lovies hurt, people hitting on his sister(s), being called a girl.
Fears: Being bound and rejection.
Motto: "I make perfect sense if you understand me
the right way."

Ogata Megumi
Actor: Darren
Hayes from Savage Garden
History: Once upon a time in the land of Okira, a
man who was in fact immortal fell in love with a perfectly ordinary peasant
woman. Since there was yet another war going on, the man decided that settling
down in a tiny and very poor village would be a good idea (because his mazoku
ex-lover who was in fact the emperor of the attacking country, Kareku, would be
less likely to find him there). So they did, and as sometimes happens, they had
a child together. The child was a boy, and the man named him Azariel. Azariel
lived with his parents quite happily until the age of six, when his father
abruptly disappeared. (Actually, his mazoku ex-lover had finally caught up with
him and he was forced to leave to keep his new family from being murdered in
their beds.)
His mother was pregnant at the time,
unbeknownst to his absentee father, and in a while a daughter was born and the
mother called her Rei. Azariel loved Rei and his mother very much, and helped
them as much as he could, in fact practically raising his baby sister, who grew
to adore him. And so they lived in relative happiness, if abject poverty,
for many years, until one day when Azariel was nineteen someone killed him.
(Azariel never knew this, but
his
killer was actually an assassin sent by his father's mazoku (no longer ex-)
lover who couldn't stand that his possession has other children.)
And so you would think it would end
there, and this really would be a brief history.
But it didn't, and it's not. This is
because the Lady, goddess of foxes, liked to stick Her nose into things. So in
order to annoy the very powerful mazoku-emperor, She took Azariel's spirit and
made him one of Her children; a kitsune.
Thus Azakeri was born.
Aza wandered aimlessly for some
years, until the mazoku-emperor discovered he hadn't managed to die properly the
first time and promptly stuck him in prison, in the guise of a prisoner of war.
However, prisons aren't good at holding kitsune, so he escaped and met up with
his long-lost sister in Kareku's capital. She told him that their mother had
committed suicide after his disappearance and he was naturally upset, but
nevertheless very glad to see Rei who was now sixteen.
Unfortunately, they were found by the
guards sent to look for Aza, who, being unable to catch the kitsune took Rei
instead. Rei ended up staying with and falling for Kareku's general and the son
of the mazoku-emperor, whose name was Zarian, but alas, when the mazoku-emperor
found out that she was the daughter of his lover, he got pissed and decided that
she would just have to go.
So it was Zarian's unfortunate duty
to use Rei as bait for her brother, and when he came to get her, the general
killed Rei and took Aza prisoner again. This time, he saw to it that magic
bindings were used to hold Aza in prison, so the fox's powers were useless.
Aza was kept in prison for about a
decade, and generally had a pretty rough time of it, because he was a lovely
little kitsune-in-chains and guards in pitch-black dungeons are twisted and get
bored easily.
After ten years, the Final Revolution
came about and Kareku's capital, including the palace of the mazoku-emperor and
his son, was burned to the ground, and all the prisoners were freed (though not
in that order).
Azakeri was taken in by a young soldier named Kashi, who, after a few months of
nursing Aza back to health, got spooked by the myth that kitsune are terribly
bad luck and sold our fox off to a slave-trader. This made Kashi quite a bit of
money, but it was pretty bad for Aza, who was then at best a showpiece and at
worst a bed-warmer.
Aza went from master to master for
many years, although many of them met untimely ends (so maybe there's some truth
to that bad-luck myth).
Eventually, through cunning and not a
little bloodshed, he managed an escape, and was free to wander aimlessly again.
And wander he did, meeting up with
quite a few interesting people on the way (such as a certain elf), and generally
seeming to have overcome the hardships in his early life.
It's really a pity that he became so
good at covering his mental problems, or else a lot of them probably would have
been addressed much sooner. Be that as it may, eventually he came to meet a girl
named Inomi, and traveled with her to the Llanon Hotel. Upon coming to Llanon,
he met a mazoku named Zeibriel. (Who just happened to be the son of the
mazoku-emperor who kept trying to kill him. Small world. ^^;) After a rather
violent and messy beginning, they fell in love, but sadly, it was not to be. Zei
ended up falling for a certain wingboy named Grey and things just went downhill
from there. Emotionally devastated, Aza made a few attempts at suicide, and was
rescued from one by Kveld, whom he eventually ended up with. ^^ After a time,
and with help from kitsune magic, they had four lovely (read: insane) kits
together.
And then Kveld died. -_-; Oops.
So the grown-up kits (if you want to
know, look at /their/ history) took Aza to Eran, so Eran could take care of him
(and hopefully keep him from dying), and. . . well, things happen. ^^;
Anyway, when the kits resurrected
Kveld, Kveld took one look at the two of them and decided that Eran was just
going to have to come live with them. Whether he wanted to or not. . . . .
*cough* And so they now live in relatively chaotic threesome-ish bliss. ^^;
. . . .And then Moerai came along.
*sigh*
Other Info: Because he's a kitsune, extreme
negative emotions weaken him or make him sick, to the point that regret can be
downright lethal. So he has this habit of getting very, very sick whenever bad
things happen - something of an inconvenience, to say the least. Anyway,
despite his slightly unpleasant past, Aza seems to have finally settled down and
found real happiness. Now the real trick is to hold onto it. . . .
