Welcome to Llanelli Sub-Aqua and Underwater Hockey Club's webpages. We are based in and around Llanelli on the South Wales coast and train and dive mainly around this area with the occasional overseas trip.
For more information about our club please follow the links to other pages on our site. There is a brief history of our club, as well as details of where and when we meet. Perhaps you'd like to SCUBA dive with us? We would be happy to let you 'try a dive', and if you enjoy it we can offer full diver training. Once you complete training or if you're already a qualified diver you are welcome to join us on club dives - see the diving page for more information about where and when we dive.
Like being underwater but want something more energetic than SCUBA? Why not come and play underwater hockey with us, a fast-paced and exciting game played in the swimming pool with snorkels and almost guaranteed to keep you fit and turn you into an expert snorkeller, not to mention developing tactical team play and reflexes.
