Llan and Caer train on a Tuesday night at Sue Noakes Leisure Centre, Ystrad Mynach from 6pm to 7pm.

There are 3 different age grouped teams at the club at the present time, U15s, U13s and U11s. There is also going to be an U10 team set up in the near future.

The U15s are coached by the Llan and Caer Youth Hockey Co-ordinator, Bev Rogers.

The U13s and U11s are coached by Ruth Minney.
