All of these websites I have used, searched in, and selected out of many, to get the nicest there are! They all have information on rats which is good and reliable.

http://www.huskyrat.co.uk/ - this is the website of the rat breeder mine were from. They were the closest to me, and they are really lovely people! The site is great too!

http://www.petrat.info/ - this is the site with easily the most information [even beating mine!]. This is the one you should always refer to. I even have a print out I keep by the cage. Read this before, and after getting rats! Thoroughly recommended.

www.rattycorner.com/odds/calc.shtml - the ideal way to judge the right size of cage.

http://www.ratsauce.com/ - Although not much information on feeding and keeping rats [well, you only need this site for that!] it has a lot of great toy and game ideas. You can even submit your own.

http://www.dapper.com.au/ - I love this site. Although not much information on how to look after rats as such [but there are a lot of articles on rats], lots of games suggestions, cage accessories, and lots of really, really sweet photos of their rats.

http://www.rattyrat.com/ - This has a great opinions page - on the products you can buy for rats - and some really cool facts. There is also a lot of information on feeding, keeping and training [etc]. A very useful site.

And there is also a great, if a little old[fashioned?] book - The Proper Care of Fancy Rats by Nick Mays. This is very informative. It is recommended by the breeder I got my rats from, and lots of others. In fact, I recommend it too!
