BLANK CHARACTER SHEET

For those of you who have NOT played in my thread Tome of the Forbidden, this is the basic character sheet that I have everyone fill out, and some explinations.

Character Sheet:

Name:
Age (and the approximates of which the race lives):
Race (with a brief description):
Character Description:
*History:
Class(brief description if needed):
Weapon(s)(brief description if needed):
Main Strength:
Main Weakness:
Deity (and whether or not it is a Major god(esse) or minor):

Please put a brief description of your deity’s “Holy appearance” and their attitude.

As far as I'm concerned, you can pick anything but your average races, such as Elf, Human, Halfling, Orc, Dwarf, Fairy, et cetera...you get the picture. ^_-

Pick things such as Centaurs, Vamps, Minotaurs, et cetera...as long as no more than one other player is using that particular race. Be creative, and happy Character Sheet Plotting! ^-^

(*)= Optional

LIZZARDBREATH/MIRELDEYN (GM)

Name: Ranna Kibeth

Race: Dark Pegataur (DISCRIPTION: Think of a Centaur with wings, the centaur being smaller than normal but the wings being larger enough to be able to support the weight, and placed to account for the balance differences of being front-heavy. They are not evil, just the color of their coats tells what race of them it is. There are Dark, neutral (the in-betweens)and Light. (the lightest shades of crème and gold) Dark Centaurs are most commonly seen where caves, large bodies of water, and/or mountains are, their lungs more designed for thin air. Neutrals are all over the place; and Lights stay in the plains and forests. They travel in clan
Barras (a group of Pegataurs), but usually there is no trouble between the peaceful peoples of this race...only with the other races do they sometimes find any trouble. Otherwise they can be employed as an Air Force of a medieval sort.)

Description: ...It was hooded and cloaked, dark as midnight with the exception of the tail of the horse and the hair that could be seen escaping front the hood of the cloak of the person. They were both white as freshly fallen snow, and had a sheen of silver in the darkening light. Her wings were as dark as her equine coat, but with their own scaly sheen of perfection, every feather in place. She stood about 9 Hands (3 feet) at the wither, and 5' 2" from the ground to the top of her head...

...Doing so revealed skin so dark of brown that it was nearly black like her equine coat; eyes the color of deep amethyst still locked in the Geo, and the shape of large almonds. Her face had a quizzical look about it with her arched eyebrows and high hairline. Ears, a shape in between a Horses and a Humans, were set higher than a normal person's. They were pierced along the outside in a row of about seven or eight, depending on what side you looked on, all silver hoops except for the tops, which were silver studs.. A mouth that had the lines saying that she knew humor well, but others that noted she was serious when she needed to be...

...She had a choker made of a blue stone and a leather thong wrapped tightly around her neck, as if she were afraid that it might fall off if it wasn't that tight...

Age: 37 (norm.: around 130ish)

Class: Bard Sorceress. She can mix the delicate Magics of life, death, and the emotions with any spoken word, but more powerful in song. Each Song of Power has a name that goes with it. They also know of all the great histories and can add magics to make you feel as if you were there, or like you know what that person was feeling at the time.

Occupation: Currently unemployed Wingsmare; given Honorable discharge after causing the deaths of two men when trying to break up a bar brawl. ^_-

Weapon/s: Quarterstaff, voice, bow, and throwing daggers.

Main Strength:  It should be obvious...she can fly,  and she is brave enough to fight on the ground even when she has wings

Main Weakness: She cannot carry heavy loads and fly at the same time; a weight limit of an extra 150-180 lbs, depending on how much they wiggle and if they get in the way of her wings...basically one person..

GOD: Valen of the Song

kindly, man-looking god who loves music and the Energy that can be conveyed in it

MATTHIAS

 Rper: matthias3690

Name: Tealc

Race: Minotaur

Age: 51 human years lifespan of 200 years.

Class: Ranger/Thief He wonders around making a living off of the land and lives anywhere he can. He also steals to survive if he needs to.

Weapons: Bow slung on his back with quiver of 100 arrows. He carries a giant 2 handed sword, like a bastard sword that gets sheathed on his back. He also carries a short sword on his waist, a bula(Ropes with weighted balls on end to catch people or animals) on his waist, and a staff his height.

Appearance: Tealc is 7'2" and weighs 528lbs. Tealc is also extremely muscular being able to lift 400lbs with his arms and 500lbs as a deadlift. He has broad shoulders which his cloak drapes over. He wears a loincloth, and a cloak that covers his entire body, cloak also has a hood that goes over his head and horns. The cloak is specially designed so that his horns don't tear it.   my guy has a tail. about 3 ft long, coiled behind him to stay hidden underneath his cloak.

http://www.planetadnd.com/vastonia.com/images/minotaurs.jpg Picture of what my guy is based on.

Main strength: His endurance, will to never give up, and enhanced senses(like dog).

Main weakness: Caring too much, speed, thinks into things too much sometimes.

GOD:

RAHK: god of life, and strength. Looks like a giant Minotaur, twice the size and is much stronger.

GM NOTE ON R.P.ER:  It has been a pleasure writing with Matt.  He seems to bring a deeper side to the thread, and is very easy to play off of when you are ina bad case of writer's block.  I know, I speak from expirence.  When ever he makes a mistake, he doesn't make an excuse about it, he just apologises and trys to avoid it the next time.  When Tome of the Forbidden is over, Matt, I hope that you can find other unique ways of using Tealc, Talc, Terra, and all of the others in other threads.  I wish you the best in the life that is to come.

DOMINIC LENSON

Name: Kaledon Mordaine

Age: Appears to be about 27. Shades do not truly age.

Race: Shade. It is not truly know what brings a Shade into being. All that is known is that Shades were once mortal, and that they are Always skilled in the Magics of Shadow. They become far more powerful in darkness, and far weaker in sunlight, or even some unnatural lights, to a lesser extent.

Description: Dark black skin, radiating a slight aura of darkness. Shadows seem to cling to him. His eyes are a Vibrant Purple, with a faint trace of sadness, and a hint of otherworldly knowledge residing in the depths. He has reasonably long black hair, held by a small metal band, inlaid with strange runes. His clothing is dark, and covers his entire body. It looks strange in some places, as if he is wearing something under it. His hands are covered in black metal gauntlets, and he wears black metal boots.

Class: Shadow-Weaver. A Shadow-Weaver is a Magus skilled in the art of Shadow

Magic. A Shadow-Weaver is also usually proficient with Illusions as well.

Weapons: Spiked Black War hammer. Spiked on one end, with a normal hammer on the other end.
Bone Short bow. A Short bow made out of some type of bone. Comes complete with a quiver holding 20 arrows.

Armor: Black Banded Mail. Complete with Helmet, Boots, and Gauntlets. All Black.

Main Strength: As a Shade, Kaledon becomes far more powerful in shadow. He becomes stronger, tougher, faster, and is able to regenerate quickly from most injuries, if the darkness is natural.

Main Weakness: As a Shade, Kaledon becomes weaker in sunlight. He becomes slower, and any injury he has exposed to sunlight will worsen, eventually killing him. His strength becomes much less in sunlight as well.

GOD:

Alae'Thunae (Darkened Heart) The Lady of Darkness. The Darkened Heart is the ruler of darkness. Neither good nor evil, she represents mystery. Despite being complete opposites, The Lady of Darkness and the Lord of Light are not enemies. Rather, they both understand that the other is necessary.
Their priests however, do not tend to get along so well. The conflict only rarely becomes violent, but when it does, it is not pretty.

Little else is known about the Darkened Heart, as her creation myths, and motives, are unknown except, perhaps, to her worshippers.

GM NOTES ON R.P.ER:  I really wish that I could make a nice, long comment oin this outstanding RPer, but as I hardly had a chance to _really_ play with him, that'll just have to wait until I see his user name on the boards again.  Good luck with life, Dominic, and have fun where ever you are!

SAOIRSE

Rper: Saoirse

Name: Tempest
Age: Roughly 120; the race is immortal.
Race: Celestaari (winged humanoids)

Character Description:
Tempest is tall and lithe, her skin well-tanned from too much time spent under the sun. Heavy manacles made of some strange, unbreakable metal bind her wrists and the ankles of her bare feet, but even in chains, she still moves with the fluid grace and proud bearing of the Celestaari. Her eyes are lightning-blue, and she wears her silver hair in a long ponytail, stray locks partly hiding her elegantly pointed ears. Feathered wings, sleek and streamlined, protrude from her back, spanning a full twelve feet when fully unfurled. What really strikes you about them, though, is that they are made not of flesh and bone but cold, lifeless steel, the metallic feathers gleaming like swordblades in the sunlight.

History: (I guess I'll leave this to be told IC... )

Class: Stormwarden - Warrior mages who study the art of weather and elemental control.

Main Strength: Chained and crippled though she may be, Tempest is still resourceful and stubborn, a combination that makes her surprisingly dangerous in a fight. She also has her elemental magic, although the chains that bind her magically drain her power, making it a challenge to get even the simplest spells off.

Main Weakness(es): Tempest is bound by unbreakable chains around her wrists and ankles. They prevent her from wielding any weapon effectively, forcing her to fight bare-handed, something she was never trained for. There's enough slack in the chains for her to walk, but she cannot run; the best she can manage is a brisk pace, and even that tires her. Exile's Chains sap her magic, making it difficult for her to cast spells. With her wings turned to lifeless steel, she will never fly again - this to a Celestar, is a worse punishment than death.

Deity: Avasteia the Sky-Queen, Starmaiden

Avasteia is the goddess of weather, storms and the sky, archenemy of Saaruk-Khor. Whimsical, playful and impulsive, she is every bit as dangerous and dramatic as the awesome tempests she commands. Guardian of the sun and moon, she brings both the rain that gives life and the stars that light the night sky; but when her temper flares, she can eradicate entire nations through drought or storms. But more than any mortal affairs, what's most important to Avasteia is the great orchestra of the heavens, whose song stirs both the slightest summer breeze and the awe-inspiring hurricanes of the world.

She is commonly portrayed as a winged human female with silver hair and blue eyes. The immortal Celestaari were made in her image to serve her, and long ago she built vast floating cities among the clouds for them, where they live till this day.

THIS CHARACTER IS NOT PLAYED IN THE IC

Name: Xaelith
Age: Immortal
Class: Ash Dancer
Race: Zyagghizyr (shape-shifting creatures composed wholly of volcanic ash)

Character Description: Appearance may seem unimportant when you can change your body at will, but there is one form Xaelith is most commonly observed in, and which is probably the closest to her true (or idealized) self: a human female in her early twenties, with night-black hair and claret eyes, clad in sleek, wicked black. Beneath the fabric, her skin is strangely cool and dry, with an almost powdery texture to it. And if you look watch carefully enough, you'll notice that she doesn't ever blink or breathe...

Weapons: A pair of heavy iron gauntlets, the fingers which end in sharp, serrated claws.

Main strength: Zyagghizyr are ash-spirits of vengeance, and have no bodies of flesh and blood, only fine, powdery volcanic ash. They are therefore immune to all and any forms of physical attack, even if it completely disintegrates their bodies, because they can simply re-form the scattered ash. Zyagghizyr can also change their appearance and voice at will, and the disguise is so flawless that people rarely find out until it's too late.

Main weakness: Water is fatal to Zyagghizyr, because it coagulates the ash into lifeless black mud. This even applies for fluids such as blood, which is why most Zyagghizyr prefer suffocating as a method of killing their foes. Small amounts cause intense pain, and something on the level of a bucket would be lethal. Extremely strong winds can also kill them, by dispersing the ash too far away for them to re-form, although some of the most powerful of their kind are immune.

Xaelith is also, mysteriously, terrified by the sight of fire, even though it doesn't hurt her...

God: Saaruk-Khor, Divine Arbiter of Justice

Saaruk-Khor is the vengeful, hate-filled god of fiery justice. Obsessed with bringing judgement upon this sinful world, his agents work tirelessly to enforce his perverted ideals of justice, which typically involve the eradication of the other Gods and their followers. "An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth" is his philosophy, and those mortals foolish enough to defy him are punished by being thrown into the lake of everlasting fire prepared for the gods and their followers, where they burn for the rest of all eternity.

An ancient legend says that long ago, Saaruk-Khor was a caring and benevolent god who took it upon himself to end the world's discord. Time and time again he tried, and each time he failed. Eventually, he decided that he needed power to bring justice and peace to the world, and that desire grew with each failure until at last it consumed him and became a burning obsession. He demanded the ultimate power - the Sun's divine fire - from the Sky-Queen Avasteia, and when she would not give it to him, he took it by force and hid it deep beneath the ground, at the heart of the world. Till this day the land sometimes quakes and shudders as it strains to contain that terrible power, and where Saaruk-Khor wills, it rises to the ground in torrents of magma to burn and destroy.

GM NOTES ON R.P.ER:  Sao brings a different side to the thread, using his/her mind instead of just posting on a whim (or so it seems).  I'm really g;ad for the different elements that Sao has brought into the thread.  Tempest has a quick mind, which means that there has to be a decent RPer at the other end of the cahracter.   It has been a blast playing with  Sao in this thread and others, and they have always done an excellent jub adapting to new situations.

ROSGWAK

Name: Dante Larcen

Age: 21, but immortal

Race: Half-demon, half-vampire...a human-appearance demon, bitten by a vampire during a battle a few years ago.

Appearance: Dante appears as a tall (6ft 4) handsome, male human. He has long, shoulder-length, dark-brown hair, and a fair face, with a bit of stubble. He is also thin, yet with an athletic appearance, seeming to be built for speed rather than strength. Despite being demon, the only things that show him as anything other than human are his pitch-black eyes, his slightly pointed ears, and the razor-sharp claws that can spring out of the backs of his hands (think Wolverine only shorter). However, since he was bitten by a vampire, he also has two razor-sharp fangs, which can thankfully be retracted for discretion. He is usually seen wearing a black shirt, with black traveling pants and boots, always under his hooded black cloak for protection against the rain.

History: Born into a noble demon family, Dante received excellent training in the use of swords, and a range of martial arts, including the rare Dark-Demon martial art. As such, Dante has become a skilled fighter, and using these skills he has ever since offered his services as a Mercenary. However, at the age of 17, while trying to prevent an assassination, Dante was bitten by his vampire assailant. His demonic blood managed to fight off the vampiric blood, but only to an extent, and since then Dante has shown vampiric traits as well as demonic. However, his demonic blood is still the stronger.

Class: Mercenary

Weapon(s): Aside from his naturally enhanced speed, strength and agility, Dante's other weapons include his claws, and his twin swords which are slung at his waist.

Main Strength: Dante has senses of sight, sound and smell which are far superior to that of any human. He also has naturally enhanced physical abilities (i.e. speed, strength and agility). And, due to his partly vampiric blood, he can jump further and higher, but is unable to fly.

Main Weakness: Dante is, firstly, incapable of using any magic. Not only did he not learn any as a youngster, but since his bite he has discovered it has more of an effect on him than usual, and as such does more damage. Dante also has to drink blood every 24 hours or he will die, and as for his demonic side, he cannot eat any plant matter or it will cause him to be sick, and in extreme cases, poison him fatally. Dante also cannot touch water, or, once again thanks to his vampiric bite, it will burn him like acid.

GOD:

GM NOTES ON R.P.ER:  Wow.  Talk about bringing a whole different view onthe darker side of Fantasy!  This RPer has done wonderfully using a darker, shadier character in this thread where the races are trying to save the world.  I am constantly in awe of thier abiliy to write creatively, and I would sure hate to get on this character's bad side!  Ros does sucha wonderful job describing things that I would love to be in one of thier threads, if Ros ever puts one up that perks my interest!
