Shrimp and Sea Scallops Skewers

 


1 lb shrimp 
1 lb sea scallops 
paprika
salt
garlic powder
black pepper
onion powder
cayenne pepper
dried oregano
dried thyme
bamboo skewers
Pat scallops dry prior to assembling skewers and lightly coat with olive oil. Assemble skewers alternating shrimp and scallops. Lay skewers on tray and sprinkle with paprika, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, dried oregano and dried thyme. Place skewers on lightly oiled, preheated grill and cook for 2 minutes on 1 side, 1 minute on the other side.
