Increase metabolism with ice water: Before bed fill a pitcher with water. Squeeze one or half of a lemon into water and then drop the lemon into the pitcher. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning start your day with one or more glasses of your COLD lemon water (this would also be a good time to take your Weight-Loss Plus from LHN). Then finish your pitcher of lemon water before the end of the day.

Repeat nightly.
