There is a new property for sale on Sharon Point.  You can access pictures and information on the property by putting the following address in your browser.  Many interior photos, 2 cabins and 3 and l/2 lots for 220,000.  You may have to paste this into your browser as the links do not seem to be going through from this page.  They do go through on Craigslist.  At the present time the owners are still looking into an MLS listing but right now they are simply trying to sell it by owner. You can go to Craigs list and see all the interior pictures, But until then you can find this cabin on craigslist by doing a Little Rock Lake MN search or email me for pictures  and more information at lokiloki@aol.com   I will be in Florida the last week of August and the first weeks in September.  We still are looking into selling our home in St. Cloud and building at the lake but for now my husband says, "sell."  I would rather be at the lake than in St. Cloud, but having  a place in Florida is forcing us to sell one or the other.

Both cabins have kitchens.  Cabin one has been updated with Pergo floors, new windows, new plumbing, paint, glass top stove etc.  It has 9 foot ceilings and and an open kitchen with plant shelf, center island etc.  One decent sized bedroom and walk in closet and a smaller porch bedroom with sofa bed.  One full bath.  Cabin 2 has a very large eat in screened lanai or porch facing the lake.  It has an open kitchen/great room and the great room contains a sofa bed.  It also has one bedroom, a bath, and laundry and has some new paint as well as roof.  Ceilings are over 9 feet in this cabin as well.  It is decorated in current l960's photos, etc and makes a great teen hangout.  Cabins were used by previous owners as a place for family reunions etc.  It was nice to have kids in one cabin and adults in another.  There are also lots that go along with the cabins.  They have a great view of the point, are level and cleared.   The price reflects the large amount of lakeshore.  I believe it is about 245 feet.  Below you can see part of the lots and below that is cabin one which is connected to the second cabin by a semi  enclosed patio.
