About me
Former Englishteacher. Married 36 years. Retired along with my husband in 2006. We have a cabin on Little Rock Lake in Rice MN where we are currently trying to clean up the waterways that are infected with curly leaf pond weed and toxic blue green algae. Very upset that MN has l,475 and growing impaired lakes. Would like us to once more be the land of l0,000 sparkling crystal clear lakes with sky blue waters. Writes a blog on sctimes.com under the name littlerockpj Also has a blog at www.lulu.com/lokiloki where you can buy her books, and one at Kare ll under algaehater.

favorite musicCountry Pop
favorite tv showsWell written comedies...they are getting harder to find. I still like Frazier reruns. Everything I like seems to be going off the air. I liked "Shark, Men in Trees, Veronica Mars etc. I'm currently watching DVD's of Battlestar Galactica. I usually just watch the DVD's when they come out. I like the Closer and surprisingly enough, "Superman," but it is mainly because there isn't much out there. I do not like the survivor programs, dancing with the starts, etc...where there isn't any substance. I watch cooking and decorating shows as well as a lot of PBS and the history channel
favorite moviesWell written mysteries and comedies or movies with a plot that makes you think about political events in our country.
favorite gamesI'm not much for games. I will play cards if forced to but I would rather talk to my friends.
favorite booksJanet Evanovich series...historical MN fiction, Romance novels, />Alphabet mysteries by Sue Grafton. Of course, I occasionally re-read Ripe Chokecherry Moon, which I wrote in 2006 and can be bought at lulu.com/lokiloki
