Little Patch Farm Boer Goats

Individuality tells us what an animal seems to be, its pedigree tells us what it ought to be, but the performance of its progeny tells us what it is.

The 2009 Greene County Fair has ended and our animals brought home quite a few ribbons! Take a look at our winners page for more info and pictures including:

The Homegrown Champion Market Goat, NASA
and the Grand Champion Sr. Production Doe, Dorothy

Little Patch Farm is five acres located just south of Xenia, Ohio. It was started in 2004 as a 4-H project. Our first year we went to the fair with a market wether and a percentage doe (Vanella). Over the last few years we have built up our herd and participated in the fair with our homegrown goats. Our herd is made up of fullblood and percentage does. We have traditionals, paints, reds and blacks. Our main focus is breeding wethers to sell to 4-Hers, so they can show market animals at the local fairs. Our wethers have done well in the past few years and our does have as well. If you have any questions you are welcome to email us or call.

Our bloodlines include: Many of the Ennobled greats, such as 2Sis 139N Bingo, Pipeline, EGGS Ryals Magnum, Tabu, Concho, Kaptein, Top Gun #2, Mojo Magic, Frances, Ram H Tobias, Eggstreme, Sasquach, Downen's Big 85, NBBG Renoir, Eggspensive, EDSR Gus, Favorite Trick, Eggsfile, Ryals Topbrass, Remington, Remfire, Eggsorcist, Sunny Acres Starski, Redtail, and Stardust. Along with other animals from the Japie Jordan, EGGS, Ryals, Farmer's Stock Exchange, Downens, Sisters II, and Powell Holman.

Vanella and her 2006 kids: Peanut(back), Dasher(middle), & Daisy May(front)
