MERGE was founded on September 5th 2005 by Kyttea Sgaileach. It is a dictatorship that will endeavor to balance compassion with firm positions on what is just and fair. In that regard, you cannot come into MERGE expecting to find every single word written down or every single situation as that would merely burden the citizenry with a vast amount of reading material on matters that may or may never grace our governing bodies scales of justice.
The spirit of the law is of utmost importance. Every possible area will be covered for you but you must bear in mind that grey lands will be cleared with the tools of universal decency and rulings based on fact. There is also a level of trust that must occur when we tell you why we have rendered decisions we feel are in the best interest of MERGE.
MERGE is a 2d Forum which strives to give members the most possible
flexibilty of thier own , to serve thier own needs, without undue interferance .
MERGE is largely run by Governors, The Grand Commanders of it's guilds

NOTE: Entire guilds do not have to join all at once. If a guild has 48 people and only 10 members of it want to join, that is fine.
