Learning to drive is a challenging and worthwhile experience. It is a life skill, that could help you to improve your career prospects, and increase the amount of options available to you. The independence that you will discover will broaden your horizons, increasing your social circles and improve your quality of life.
The Driving Standards Agency ( DSA), the organisation that sets the driving tests states that people need around 40 hours tuition with an approved driving instructor and about 20 hours private pratice with a relative or friend. ( This person must be 21 years old and held driving licence for at least 3 years).
The amount of hours you will need will depend on your age, natural driving ability, and whether you have practise outside your driving lessons.
Contributing factors to overall success are good concentration skills in the lessons, helping yourself in your time using the learning aids that I will loan to you, and determination to want to pass your driving test, and achieve safe driving for life!
