Alessa A poor and tortured soul that was almost killed by her own mother when she on purpose set the family house on fire with Alessa inside. Some how she survives the horrible fire but she is badly burnt. She is also believed to be the mother of Samuel but no one really knows who she is besides a survivors of this town.

Cheryl is a seven year old girl who is heading to Silent Hill with her father, Harry Mason, for a late vaction. Losing her mother at a very young age Harry became her only family. After the family jeep crashes Cheryl is seen running away from her father into the fog but what possessed her to run from the only man she has learned to love? Soon an untold story will be lifted.

Cybil is a twenty-two year old police officer from Brams, a near by town of Silent Hill. She is told to investigate Silent Hill but when she arrives she finds nothing but fog and silence until she meet our main character Harry Mason. Together they must find what is happening to this quite vaction town.

Dahlia A strange old prophey and long time resident of Silent Hill. She speaks of an untold evil only known as Samael. She knows more but tell Harry she will not. Also Alessa's mother who started the huge fire that ran through Silent Hill years before but why? There is more then meets the eye with this old women.

Dr. Kaufman is one of the few survivors of Silent Hill and hes armed with a loaded handgun and he sure knows how to use it. He is also carrying a brief case with him but the contents are unknown. The good Doctor also seems to have his own agenda and he knows more then he is willing to give out. You'll also notice right away his cocky attitude towards Harry, almost every single time they meet up.

Harry is a thirty-two year old story writer who planned a late vaction to Silent Hill with his daughter Cheryl. Seeing that Harry's wife died, Cheryl is his only ray of sun shine left on this world but you can image how he feels that after their car accident that she is missing. It is now up to Harry to find his lost daughter and at the same time maybe uravil the mysterys of this foggy little town.

Lisa One of the final people that seems uneffected by whats happening to the town. She is the only one to comfort Harry as he slips from the "Alternate world" to the "Real world". But could it be that she is nothing but a figment of Harry's imagination and will he be able to protect and save her from all that is happening to Silent Hill or is she to become a victim like the others?
