Linquist Sportshots specializes in ACTION sports photography. I strive to capture at least one good shot of each player during every game I shoot~~~and if you give me a name/jersey number while I'm shooting I can usually focus a little more on that particular player!
Though all photographers tend to focus on "where the ball is"; I am also aware that some of the best photos are not of the AllStar players! I'm always on the lookout for those "background" shots. The freshman who's playing his heart out because he knows his playing time is limited? The not-so-great player that never makes the paper? THOSE are my favorites! I'm looking for the emotion in the game...my goal is to make my photographs as passionate as the game itself.
