Deposit
|
- A NON-REFUNDABLE
20%
of total estimated charges or $100 deposit (whichever higher)
will be required on all reservations. The
remainder will
be
calculated later (majority of times we run into overtime) and
billed/charged/collected accordingly.
- The deposit
can & will be increased for long
events or as deemed appropriately by Limousine Drive
TM.

|
Cancellation
|
- In
case of cancellation for ANY reason, I will get a limousine service
credit for up to 40-days LESS 20%
of total estimated charges or $100 deposit (whichever higher).
- Depending
on timing, season, etc., you might
lose the entire amount of deposit (whether a partial or full
amount) if you cancel WITHOUT a credit for limousine service!
- Under extenuating
circumstance, at our discretion, we may
issue a money
refund less the $100 or the 20% of the total estimated service
(whichever higher).
- There
would be a $10
charge for all corporate account cancellations, REGARDLESS of
advance notice.

Liability
|
- Acceptance
of deposit does NOT
constitute ANY contractual
agreement
between ANY client & Limousine Drive
TM
, or their affiliate(s).
- I
will NOT hold
Limousine Drive
TM,
or their agents, sub-carriers, etc., liable in ANY form or shape in case
of cancellation, by
Limousine Drive TM,
due
to numerous unforeseen circumstances beyond any limousine company's
control.
- My
deposit is merely a gesture of good faith.

Changes
& Extra Passengers
|
- ANY deviation
(stops, other
guest
pickups, drop offs, waiting, etc.) from the reserved itinerary will be
charged a minimum of one hour service per increment or incident (e.g.
If you decide to drop off
your ex-wife, then stop
by your kids at their
baby-sitter, and pick up
your girlfriend & wait
for her
beautician, please be prepared for an additional 4 hour service
charge
besides your original reservation, REGARDLESS
of each incident's
duration!) Sorry, but one rotten apple ruined it for
everyone!
- The
same is true for each extra
passenger
(e.g. Three
extra passengers showing up at the last minute of pick-up will get you
3 additional hours of service charge!!! POSITIVELY
no
extra
passenger(s) beyond the capacity, as we WILL either discontinue
service
and charge you in full or ask you to leave behind the extra
passenger(s).
- Please
understand & appreciate the importance
of
this legal issue, which is strongly enforced by CPUC.

Delay
|
- Limousine
Drive
TM's pricing
is
on the basis of TIME
only with a minimum one hour service charge
per increment or itinerary. We do not
ever have a flat
rate for ANY event.
- Extra
time
usage will be
rounded up to the nearest
15 minutes (e.g. If my trip lasts 1 hour
& 5 minutes, I would be charged 1.25 hours of service time).
- It
is VIVIDLY
implied that adverse traffic conditions, flight delays,
baggage loss/delay, and such factors WILL cause us to charge you
accordingly. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Reserved
Limousine
|
The
particulars, features, amenities, style, year and color of reserved
vehicle CANNOT be guaranteed due to many unforeseen factors that
are inherent to the nature of this business. |

Credit
Card
|
Last
but not the least, I affirm that I am of legal
age
& the account
holder, of
the above-mentioned credit card, or have FULL authority to charge this
event accordingly. |
| Having
FULLY read,
understood & agreed with Limousine Drive's rules
& guidelines, I/we would like to make a reservation for my/our
limousine
service accordingly. It is further stipulated herein that all
future reservations, despite absence of a secondary reservation form
will adhere to these rules, regulations and policies and any additions
that might occur without any notice. |
