Personal Care Attendants:
A Personal Care Attendant (PCA) is an individual who must accompany a senior passenger in order for the passenger to fulfill the purpose of his or her trip. For an individual to qualify as an attendant, the certified High Desert Limo's passenger must have established the need for a PCA. PCAs are always allowed to ride with an eligible passenger and are not required to pay a fare. They must, however, travel from the same point of origin and to the same destination as the High Desert Limo's Certified passenger.
Companions:
A companion is someone riding with a High Desert Limo's Certified passenger, but not as a PCA. One Senior Companion is always allowed to ride with the certified passenger as long as a reservation has been made for the companion and the companion travels from the same point of origin and to the same destination.
High Desert Limo offers discounted fares/rides for Central Oregon residents 62 years of age and older, and for persons with a certified disability. Special assistance may be provided for persons requiring help entering and exiting the vehicle and carrying items to the door.

Start in Bend, SunRiver or Crescent Lake and ride with us as we embark on an 87 mile Tour of Breath taking Alpine Lakes, Snow capped Mountain Peaks, Spectacular Panaramas and other inviting stops along the way.
Some of the Lakes we will encounter are Wickiup Reservoir, Crane Prairie Reservoir, North Twin, South Twin, Cultus, Sparks, Todd, Devil, Elk Lake and More!!
As we travel along the tour route, we will be crossing paths made by some of the first explorers of the Northwest. The horse trails and wagon roads that use to wind through the area were first replaced by a main wagon road from Bend to Sparks Lake and the Elk Lake country in 1920. Segments of other roads in the area were joined to this original road soon after to create the circuit that became known as Century Drive because it was approximately 100 miles long. Present day road "improvements" have shortened the route to approximately 87 miles.
