I have loved animals since as far back as I can remember. I fell in love with rats in my first year of college, this was when I got my first pair of female PEWs. I knew very little about rats at the time but things worked out ok, after about a year of having them one of the girls (Pinky) came down with a really bad case of Myco and did not make it. The other girl (Brain) had to be pts due to old age.
After those two girls, a lot of things have changed. I have many rats and my numbers seem to be changing every week. I love mixed colonies, I currently have 7 neutered males everyone is not together yet, but they will be soon enough!
