It's time to start telling anyone who will listen that if they're thinking of buying a manufactured home, DON'T.

Signing the Guestbook in this "Virtual Petition" is one way to voice your protest against MHC/ELS outrageous corporate greed. Legislators are being directed to this site so the more signatures, the louder we are collectively.
You can include your age to help illustrate the segment
of society MHC/ELS is targeting.
Have your computerless friends over to sign in.
You can post your personal stories of unreasonable hardship under MHC's management in the Forum. Specifics are good but anything may be useful. Use concrete facts and figures whenever possible.
We need to demonstrate the lies behind MHC/ELS's euphemisms. ("Fair market rent" and "Taking undervalued properties off the hands of financially distressed owners" for example.) You might include how you think he earned his self-proclaimed reputation as a "Vulture Investor" and Wall Street nickname "Grave Dancer".
You can write in the form of a letter, or simply do as Bob did in a post dated April 17, 2004 pleading for help:
Help. My wife and I live in the Gulag called Date Palm Country Club, In Cathedral City, CA. As of July 1, 2004 we will be paying $735.00 space rent. MHC is a lying bunch of Mafia types in suits portraying themselves as business men. I would love to see him and Oprah go at it. Bob.
Include the state you live in and the name of your park.
Finally, spread the word. Pass this website address along to anyone being affected by MHC/ELS abuses.
