My logo was designed by my son Miah. Inspired by Christmas stockings I made several years ago for the family from 'Grandma's antique quilt'. (see pic below)He's also the inspiration for me making more to sell.
'Whimsy' def: Fanciful, witty humor or fanciful, odd, playful disposition. I'd have to say that 'Whim-z' has always been my personal 'style', what I call my 'Twist'.

'GoGreen' Cloth Grocery Shopping Bags
My bags are approx. 14"x14", veryroomy, wide as a carton of eggs, can hold the weight of gallon of milk very easily. Sturdy handles on both sides, run the length of the bag for extra strength. Fabrics will vary.
I use fabric I've accumulated over the years from stores and church rummages. Some go back to the 70's. All quanties are limited for this reason. They are machine washable and "I really like mine!"

Unique Christmas Stockings
My Christmas stockings are all different. With my own little 'Whimz' twist. Quantities are limited as I use 'what's available'. I use new and vintage fabrics & embellishments.

The 'Burgandy' batch are limited to 7 each. All my large stockings are lined. 4 have a gold lining & 3 have a red/black lining. The stocking is a synthetic, faux suede type material, has a soft nap to it and a leather look to it. Quite unique. Measures approx. 18". The cuff is a piece of vintage crocheted lace, measures approx. 5" at longest point. Each peiece has 6 pointed scallops with a vintage button sewed on each point. Has gold braid trim & loop for hanging.

Cookie Cutter Gift tag/ Ornaments
These are my favorite to make....I trace 'Grandma's' vintage cookie cutters, on vintage wall paper (double thickness, pattern on both sides), cut them out by hand, then with permanent pens I embellish one side, the edges with faux stitching (with a straight stitch or blanket stitch) & faux buttons. "Funky" Scarves
I made these back in the 90's and thought I'd dig them out to sell. Scarves are 'American' Made and not your flimsy fabric. Each scarf has over 100 beads, front side & back side. Has been cut & sewed for a nice tie on each side.
