I'm tired but contented (says InterGlot, lol)

This really was a tiring weekend! Friday was school party, which was already tiring (there was a little concert) and Friday evening I went to the KSJ, to help getting the hall ready for the mussel feast (is that a right translation?), which was not that tiring, it was midnight when I went to sleep. Saturday KSJ too, activity (which was washing glasses for us) in the afternoon and helping on the mussel feast all evening (serving, doing the dishes, laying and clearing the tables, bar, welcoming the people,... lots to do!). It was a lot of fun though.
Sunday helping too, from 10 am to 6 pm, until it was all cleaned up properly. It was my first mussel feast (it's yearly) as a leader (well half leader) and it was much more fun that other years; I used to come for dinner or for supper (usually dinner on Sunday) with my parents, and that was all, now I've been busy the whole weekend and though it was tiring, as I said, it was fun too (as I also said, lol). I got to know the other leaders a bit better too.
(Note: I know "leader" is not the proper word for what I'm trying to translate, but it's the most suitable word I found so you're gonna have to do with it, lol)
I'm going to bed early because I'm still tired (my feet still hurt) and I have to get up at nine tomorrow because I have to get my new passport and I have to take pictures first. I'm gonna have one of those new, electronic passport. I'll be one of the first to have it because my birthday's in January (which has come in handy before, lol)

I fixed the comment problem (at the bottom of some entries the commenting link didn't show up). They didn't show up because the titles had apostrophes in it, which means I can't use titles with apostrophes in them. That's why some titles sound a bit weird now but I tried to delete the apostrophes without changing the title too much.
Anyway, it's working now.
If I look back at what I've been writing the past few weeks, it kind of scares me how depressed I was for a little while. I'm still not as happy as I used to be but I'm not depressed. At least I don't think I am, but my mood has been changing a lot and very quickly lately so you never know I might get very down again.
I hope I won't though.

I know I already blogged today but I didn't have much time back then and I do now so here you go, lol!
I decided to change the layout soon. It's very black and although I like it, it doesn't really fit my mood anymore (it did a little while ago). I might actually make one myself if I have time. We'll see.
Yay I'm so glad my dad's going to buy a laptop!! He already bought it actually, it'll be delivered Friday. I don't like laptops, they're not handy, but if he has a laptop my dad won't be using this computer, which is still very good, anymore. My sister has her own computer because she studies so she only uses this one when she comes home in the weekends, and my brother uses it too but not that often. So I'll be using it mostly :D
I'm having it all to myself tonight because my parents and my sister are out and I got on this one first, so my brother has to use the other one (the one that's about to crash, lol).
I still suck at Photoshop. I hope I'll get better at it soon.

I saw my last entry was on Tuesday so I had to do something about that didn't I!
I've been making the KSJ site the last two or three days and I finished it yesterday, so I put it on a disk and took it to the KSJ to show it. Everyone liked it and yesterday they even applauded for me because I had made the site :)
Apparently they had been talking about making a site for yearsand someone had already done a few things but you know me, I like making sites, so I thought let's make one, and here it is! Just for now at least, we're going to host it somewhere else and then pay for it so we can make it www.ksj-veurne.be or www.ksjveurne.be, whichever we like best. I personally like the first one better. We'll see.
I went to the KSJ today but it wasn't much fun. 11.11.11 Don't know if you know it but those activities mostly suck. It didn't suck that badly but it was cold and boring, and Julie wasn't there ("studying") (sry Ju) so that made the whole thing extra boring. Anyway I'm home now, and in an hour I'm leaving for the movies with my friends. Shark Tale, lol!
I'll be changing the layout soon, and I already got it, it's red and named Dream on... (yeah I know the same name as this blog but that's a very long story you know. Maybe I'll tell you sometime.)

Yay for the new layout! The very first one I made on my own, and entirely, pic and html and style and everything! I had a little help from Sanne too though :D
I'm really "obsessed" with the song Call on me right now, I just love it! lol I had to say that :D
By changing the layout the commenting system went all wrong again, none of the links will show up :( and I can't find what's wrong! I hope I will.

I put up new content and a new layout too, because the other one had been up for like two months or something and I was getting pretty sick of it, lol!
Exams are getting closer, I'm starting this afternoon with the studying. Bleh. That's why I'm on the pc now, after lunch I'll get to my room right away and I'll only come out to iron a bit. Bleh II.
There's this weird situation going on that I don't understand; I'll try to explain. I'm in love with someone, for quite a long time actually (about four years), but he isn't in love with me. I accepted that and I started to feel more okay about it only a little while ago. In september a few new people came from another high school to ours, and one of them got a crush on him too. That was right after he told me that he was in love with a girl, so I thought it was her and I got really hurt and sad. You can tell if you read the first entries of my blog, they sound really sad. But then I found out it wasn't her, which made me a tiny little bit happier, but not more than that because she still was in love with him. But then I got to know her a bit better, and she's actually okay. So now we started up a "fanclub" lol, just the two of us of course. I still feel jealous every time she talks about him but because I know he's not in love with her I don't mind much. If you know what I mean.
So that's the complication of the situation, lol.
Anyway gotta go now, I'll see if I'll get on again.

Feel quite ill today. Stomach ache, head ache, a bit of a temp too and whatnot.
Been to the family (mum's side). Had a good time before I got sick. Saw my cousins (two of them, Stephanie & Nick) again, and Niki, gram's dog. I love that dog!! Love my family too of course. We had cow tongue with madeira sauce. Sounds disgusting but it isn't.
I should finish my maths homework. I will, in a minute. A quarter. An hour. A few hours. I'll probably end up making it tomorrow morning, lol.

I really really really really hate it when I want to take a hot bath and someone used all the hot water. If you want to upset me or get me really mad, just use all the hot water when I want to take a bath. It's just that I'm having one of those days when everything's going wrong and I mean everything. And now my hair is still greasy.
I have a test tomorrow and I only studied half of it. I'm not gonna make it but I don't care. I didn't make it for the last five tests either and I don't care, because I'm tired of caring about everything, there's so much to care about.
And now I have to go to bed and I haven't done everything I wanted and had to do yet. I did at least one thing, I made a banner I'm quite happy with.

Christmas is coming

Christmas is coming, and things will be very different than other Christmasses have been. So much has changed. We usually go to my dad's family on Christmas evening and then to my mum's family on Christmas day, or the other way around. Christmas evening doesn't change, we go to mum's family this year, it'll be fun. But then Christmas day, instead of going to dad's family, they come to us. Because my grandmother isn't here anymore, and she used to take care of the presents and dinner and everything. And a few months ago my uncle and aunt broke up, which was quite a shock because I didn't think anything was wrong. Aparently it's been going on since the beginning of grandma's illness (she had cancer), which is more than a year ago. So we know that my uncle is coming (he's my dad's brother), but we don't know wether he'll bring my two cousins or not. I hope they come, it's been a while since I saw them. My other aunt and uncle are coming too, with my other two cousins, and the eldest one is bringing her boyfriend. I've seen him only one time before and I don't know why but I don't like him. He's like 26 or something and my cousin's 17. I just don't like the fact that everything's changing, you know. Christmas and Newyear has always been the same and it's been great every year, but since last year it'll never be the same again. Christmas really sucked then because my grandma was really ill by that time. It'll be a bit better now, but then there's that thing with my aunt and uncle. They said it was kind of temporary, you know just try to see what happens, so I really hope they get back together again. Remember I said I borrowed my uncle's drum kit? Well that's the one.
Anyway, it's not like I'm not going to have fun, because my other two cousins are coming for sure and they're my favorite, lol :D
I have to go the KSJ this afternoon and I don't really want to go, for two reasons. One is that we have to be leaders today and the other one is that I'm going to have very few time for studying left, especially since I had to go to the music academy too this morning. But I'm not going next week and the week after that because of the exams starting. Jeez they're really getting close, now that I think of it. Let's just not think of it then :D

The exams are getting closer and closer, and all I've done yet is English and a tiny little bit of Nature Sciences. I did English first because it's fun to do, and then I did Nature Sciences because it's a hell of a lot to study so I better start early. Yuck yuck yuck how much I hate studying and exams and getting good grades!! It totally ruins my spare time, in other words, time to go to the KSJ, to play piano & drums and time to spend on the computer! Which means I won't be online very often from now on, until the Christmas holidays. I can't wait, I'm gonna do so much fun things. I'm going to stay at Julie's, she's going to stay at my place, I'm going to see my cousins, I'm gonna stay up late and sleep a looooot (lol), and of course I'll be celebrating New Year with my friends. We're not sure what we're going to do but whatever it is, it'll be fun!
