Thank God For The Lighthouse!!!

Hi, my name is Anna. Here is a little about me.

I was raised in a Christian home by wonderful parents. Today I am a Christian, and I stand on the truth of God's Holy Word as my Mom and Dad taught me. I not only went by the Word of God as they taught me, but I also looked in the Bible for myself and knew they had taught me the True Way.

I have a son, Scottie whom I raised in a Christian home also, and today he is a fine Christian man, whom the Lord has given a great talent to play music and sing for Him, and he uses his talents that the Lord has given him in Church.

With all the drugs that are out there for our children, I thank God that my son has chosen to stay away from things like drugs and alcohol, and has chosen to serve the Lord and use his talents for Him. When I hear of kids being on drugs, it really breaks my heart and I thank God that my son didn't get into them.

My Dad passed away some years ago, but my Mom is still with us. She lives with my son and I. It gives me great joy to lay in bed at night and listen to Mom pray, sometimes for hours.

I have a big family. I have 6 sisters and 3 brothers that are still with us. I have a brother and a sister that have already gone on from this life. I have many neices, nephews and inlaws. I love all my family and thank God for them all.

God gave me a talent to play music and sing, and He called me into the Ministry several years ago. I love the Lord and I enjoy serving Him and working for Him.

As you may already know, I love Lighthouses. I started collecting them because they remind me that Jesus is my Lighthouse and His light shines in the darkest of nights of my life.
