Welcome to Life Directions Counselling Centre! We provide various face-to-face counselling services including Youth Counselling, Career Guidance, Couple and Family Counselling, as well as psycho-educational programmes and training workshops.  

At Life Directions, we believe that seeing a counsellor gives you an opportunity - the time and the space - to work on the issues that you are attempting to overcome in your life. For some people it can be hugely helpful to meet with an experienced counsellor, as opposed to talking to a friend or relative.

It's a chance to talk about your issues with someone who won't judge or condemn you, or tell you what to do - they'll simply listen to you, believe in you and help you to look at yourself.

Thus, we at Life Directions Counselling Centre can help. With our counselors' dedication and their wealth of experience, we will assist you in dealing with your problems at your own pace - one step at a time.
