Hello and welcome to the home where you will find many of Brisbanes Ghosts.
All photos here have been taken by myself or close friends who are in the business of photography of spirits.
All photos are genuine and there have been no touch ups or fakes. In time this site will show what fakes can look like and how they have been achieved. I uphold the utmost respect for those that have been before and still are there today. If we respect them in their world, they will respect us in ours. Though we may share the same area, the different planes of our existance do overlap at times and this is when the respect comes in.
Please do not reproduce or take photos without permission. They are copyright. If you ask, you may receive upon good explanation for what you would like the photo for.
Overall please enjoy what I have to share with you and within time I willtry and have a book where you can leave your questions or thoughts about this site. Please be patient as in time this website could get very large.
Thankyou and enjoy.
A quick update…. 21st July 2004
Well the website has been operational for a month now and I have been able to obtain another story of an active area within Brisbane. Please check out “ghosts of Brisbane” to see the new information within.
I have also been busy finding out new areas and cemeteries to visit. This has been successful. I have finally made the trip up to Redland Bay Cemetery with Nic. I have taken some pictures from the cemetery over there. What I found though upon returning and browsing through the mapped area again of Redland Bay, is that there is actually another cemetery a little further up, which of course is now on the agenda to visit. Within the updates for this month is an overview of Redland Bay Cemetery and of course a mention of the smaller one that had been overlooked. Also find out what I found after my trip to Redland bay in the section “Ghosts of Brisbane” in “St Johns Cathedral”
In closing, I have made a secret trip to another place which of course I will do upon another update, to drop a hint, it was a cemetery, the widow of Captain John Cook is buried there, and…. I have an interesting photo to post up from there. Again this will come through as soon as I can get some time to get a ‘sister site up and operational.
28th Sept-update.
The sister site is up, visit here to see the second part of
