Teen Trendsetters
Teen Trendsetters is a club of LHS students that tutor third graders at Dixieland Elementary School. The students are trained on how to tutor children, and then they spend one hour a week tutoring the students.
Every week the students read an article from the magazine "Brainstorm - Wild Weather". After reading their article and answering questions, they read a book of their choice from the selection given to the mentors from the Teen Trendsetters organization.
The dates for this year's Teen Trendsetters are:
