Lynn Heritage was born in a small town in New Jersey. She's a college graduate, a wife, a mother and an average hard working American who sought stability in employment with opportunities of advancement and a chance to prepare for future retirement. After thinking she found a company where this might be possible, Lynn soon learned her employer sold out to a larger corporation. Job titles and chain of command changed, and even though she tried to embrace the changing world around her, she found herself jobless due to corporate down-sizing. As if the shock of being unemployed wasn't enough she soon learn the job market was low and her skills were out dated. Using her background in management and documenting her steps along the way, she has put together an inspirational, how-to book on getting back to work starting with coping from the initial shock to how to start that new job on the right foot.
