Wolf Tile


Wolf Tile:
Want to make a small tile of your favorite wolf? Well get ready and get crafting!

What you need:

-A Plastic salad try/plastic take-out box (clear works best)
-toaster or standard oven
-aluminum foil
-colored pencils/markers
-picture to trace (optional)
-oven mitten
-sandpaper
-scissors
-butter knife (optional)
-cookie sheet (optional)

How to:
1-Take your supplies out.
2-Take your scissors and cut out the flat bottom of the take-out box.
3-Sand it down with the sandpaper and make sure it isn't smooth anymore. (Sanding the back also helps)
4-Take you picture and place it underneath the sanded sheet to trace, or draw freehand. NOTE: If your sheet is black, try using a silver marker or white colored pencil.
5-Add some color!
6-Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. ( approx. 163 degrees C)
7-Place your design on the albumin foil and on the cookie sheet if desired.
8-Close the oven and watch them shrink!
9-If they curl during the process, turn of the oven, take them out, wait a second, and try and open it with the butter knife.
10-Let your tile cool and display it wherever!

Black Wolf Free Hand

Make and old fashioned silhouette--of a wolf!

What you need:
-picture of wolf (one with lots of body posture is best)
NOTE: Make sure you are willing to cut the picture. A copy will also work.
-scissors
-cream/tan colored paper
-frame (optional)
-pencil
-glue (optional)
-black paint/marker/colored pencil

How to:
1-Cut out the wolf in the picture carefully.
2-Place wolf on top of colored paper and trace it carefully.
3-Use your black coloring tool and color in the shape of the wolf.
4-Let dry.
5-Frame and hang!

Ideas:
You don't have to use an expensive frame! Go in your back yard, find some small stick, break them, and glue them down as a border!  Try varying the shape of the frame.
