Boy, except for one, Lexa has killed all of her enemies. She's starting to get a reputation, isn't she? You'd never guess that she's got one hell of an anger problem I'm kidding. You know, Lexa's taught us a number of lessons (#1 If you're going to join a secret club, always talk like you know what you're doing) but the one thing that you should always know about Lexa is that you never want to make her angry I'm sure she wouldn't blast you if you cut her off in traffic, but here's a few people who have learned this lesson real quick. Out of the Third Season, we've only met a few real-Enemies, but I'm sure Lexa has some in hiding or whatever.

Mason Eckhart
Status: Deceased (Not by Lexa though)
Notes: Poor, poor Mason Eckhart, he was one of the beloved characters on Mutant X, (you heard right) I liked him better than Adam ... of course it took me some time for me to realize this, but I miss him. Mr. Eckhart was extremely good at being bad and if this wasn't a Lexa fan-site, I could go on .. but I mustn't. See, when Leo started losing control of his abilities, Lexa took him to Genomex and Mason made her a deal that if she worked for the GSA, he would take care of Leo's medical bills. Instead there was a little hitch (which I'm sure was on the contract that Lexa signed, just kidding) when the doctors of Genomex tortured Leo to bring out his worst personality, Troy. Leo escaped the hospital and Lexa tried to leave the GSA when she was punished with an "implant." (Touched on in "Into the Moonless Night" and dealt with in "She's Come Undone") In "Into the Moonless Night," Mason was killed due to Brennan Mulwray's Tesla coils.

Sara Stanton
Status: Deceased (I hope she was incinerated )
Notes: In episode #305 "The Taking of Crows," Lexa and Shalimar went undercover in a women's prison to get to Stanton who was locked up there for drug trafficking across the border (first red flag goes up there). When Stanton recognized the mutant-killing drug, DXL, in Lexa's system, she manipulated Lexa into getting herself out of prison in exchange for the antidote. Instead of going ahead with the plan, Stanton left Lexa when she fell down in a seizure but met her own demise when she was caught in an explosion. We have Jesse to thank for getting the antidote to Lexa in time. |

Troy
Status: Deceased
Notes: From #310 "Brother's Keeper." Troy was actually one of Leo's multiple personalities, his worst actually, it took extreme physical threat for Leo to bring Troy out. Lexa was trying to get Leo to take control of Troy in Charles Carter's office, but Brennan got in the way, and Lexa had to make a choice to save Brennan right then. I think that Leo should have been on Mutant X for at least another episode, to get a better idea what Lexa was about in her Pre-Mutant X days, but I guess not. |

Lawrence Bosch
Status: Deceased
In Episode #311 "Possibilities", Lexa explained that he was the big bad in South America when Lexa was sent there for a mission ... he killed all of her teammates, and for that she placed him on her List. Lexa killed Bosch at the end of Possibilities with a laser. |

Dr. Gonsalves
Status: Beaten to a bloody pulp!
In the episode #317 "She's Come Undone", Dr. Gonsalves was controlling Lexa through her implant that Eckhart had placed in her neck when she tried to leave the GSA. (What happened to stasis pods?) Anyway, when Mutant X narrowed the doctors down to him, she kicked the living daylights out of him. |

Except for Lexa's Dominion-Contact, they're the bad guys. Ready to kill off all of Mutant X (including Lexa) to get what they want, need I say more? It was revealed that they were the enemy of Mutant X at the very end of #317's "She's Come Undone" by Adam, who turns out to be the Clone of the Creator, the Dominion's boss! What does it all mean?!

Talk about leaving us with a cliffhanger, right? It doesn't matter how bad the Assault was, they left us with the jaw-dropping effect Peter Mohan wanted (the head writer, supervising producer) What we were dropping our jaw at is the question. ANYWAY, Dominion=Major Bad Guys who practically control the world. Oh, and remember Dominique? The genetics-master from #302's "Wages of Sin" that supposedly knew more about genetics then Adam? She's been with the Dominion all along. And they didn't even tell Lexa? Oooh, and Dominique could have helped Leo get well. Two strikes against them there. And don't even get me started on what they did to Jesse with the Season 1's "Kilohertz" torturing machine.
Well, even though we've been complaining about Mohan's sense of continuity for the better part of 2 years, it seems to fit, I guess. The Creator, which we first heard about in #314's "A Normal Life," is about 200+ years-old ... explaining the Dominion's interest in #316's "Age of Innocence"'s Project Immortalis, the fountain of youth ... keeping the Creator alive --- (Ding! Ding!) until Adam could take his place. Don't believe me? Watch it for yourself. Now, I know I'm straying from the "Dominion=Major Bad Guys" but since The Assault could possibly be the LAST episode of Mutant X, I'm trying to focus on the good things about it. So, I guess this is an excuse to include my Final Thoughts on the Assault. Extraordinary performance from Karen Cliche, if I do say so myself, especially since she was a major type role in this episode.
All through the major tying loose ends together that the Assault left us with .. I've come to one MAJOR conclusion ...
The Dominion=Major Bad Guys
Enjoy!
