My friend from Emma Zone got a special interview via emails with Karen. Here are the questions we asked her and her answers!

Q. Had you ever watched Mutant X before going onto the show?
A. I had seen Mutant X a few times only before coming on the show, but when I learned that I was asked to come on, I of course brushed up on the episodes!
Q. You're first episode was the season premeire of 3 and Lauren's [Lee Smith] last episode was the finale of 2, did you two ever meet?
A. Lauren and I had met briefly with the rest of the gang at the t.o film fest 2 yrs ago. seemed real sweet.
Q. It has been confirmed that Mutant X will return for a fourth season, will you?
A. Will I be in the 4th season? ... hmmm as far as I know!!!
Q. What is your favorite episode?
A. Fave episodes.... Brother's Keeper and She's Come Undone. [Impulse's Too!!]
Q. Do you do all of your own stunts?
A. I do all my own fights, I love it. Ad. [Adventure] Inc was great training! Big falls and stuff like that, I allow the more experienced gals have a hand at that!!!
Q. What is it like to work as an actor playing Lexa?
A. Good stuff to work with as an actor, and you get to know the real Lexa a little more!
Q. Will you be appearing at Comic Con?
A. Perhaps if my schedule cooperates I would love to be at comic con!
Q. Will there be any romance between Jesse and Lexa?
A. romance??? there is definite progress and a lot of flirting ( and maybe some smooching!) in sanctuary this season!!
Q. What are your favorite movies, and books?
A. My fave movies are When Harry Met Sally, Best in Show. Fave books: Memoires of a Geisha, The Handmaids Tale, and I love autobiographies.
Q.What type of music do you listen to?
A. I love canadian music! Blue Rodeo, The Tragically Hip, Sarah Mclachlan, love Motown, and jazz!

~* Has your sister ever thought about a career in modeling or acting? I know that Holly Marie Combs' mom was an extra in one of the episodes of Charmed. Has your sister or any other family member/friend ever appeared in anything you've worked on?
---Answers:
I am right handed and i have 20/20 vision.... i also have never had a cavity! ( so many people are hissing at me right now!) and my mom is too shy to ever have any attention on her... and my sister is a vet, and has no interest in modeling or acting, but is actually so funny sometimes, she is my own little entertainment . i have even video taped her several times doing a shtick! she brings me to tears.
