This is the moves, all of them pretty much. . .-Moves Juggles Passes And Skips-. . .I'll probably start another section about moves people have came up with like u me n u. . .So check this if u wanna skill the moves n holla at me if u want a visual of every move, it's another website n is pretty sweet.

Wrap Around - Post your man up Put the ball behind your back then take it with your left hand and spin right. (you shouldn't be facing each other)

Hot Sauces "Boomerang" - Dribble a bit so you can get the player low  Cup the ball with your right hand ,extend your right arm over their left shoulder , twist your arm so it's facing the sky, snap your wrist hard so it comes back to you then continue dribbling. The defender should turn around

Hot Sauces "Flinstone Shuffle" - When the defender is forcing you to one side, dribble between your legs. Place the ball behind the defender (making it seems as if you put it behind his back) and run quickly to the other side. 3. Stop quickly, run back, and pick up the ball

Hot Sauces Ball On Head - Dribble the ball low and fast to get the defence crouched to your height. Dribble real fast through your right leg back and forth. when the balls in your right hand stand straight up and put the ball on the defenders head roll it off really quickly so the defender doesn't get it.

The Whirlwind - Freestyle to get the defense low. When the defense is low spin left with your right hand, inside shoulder to the left, when your spinning put the ball over his head and drop it behind him, keep spinning. when you complete the spin you should be facing the right. keep going right to get the ball from behind him. They shouldn't know where the ball is.

The Slip And Slide - Dribble the ball with your through your right leg while kind of falling down When the ball gets to your right hand place your left hand on the floor and roll over. Keeping the ball in your right hand. When your getting up bounce the ball gently back to your left hand.

Hot Sauces "Pick Up" - Dribble away from the Defender. Put the ball on the ground and roll it. Cup the ball or hit it with the bottom of your wrist, the ball should pop up.

Hot Sauces "Hypnotizer" - Dribble low to get the defender looking below your waist . Get the ball behind your back and quickly throw it over both your back and his head. Continue in a dribbling motion as if you still had the ball. When the defender finally realizes you don't have the ball go and pick it up.

Ball through legs - Make sure the defender is looking at your feet or eyes, either put the ball through his legs while faking a crossover or doing some freestyle moves.

Black Magic - I don't know why this move is called black magic because it sounds stupid but this is how you do it. You put the ball behind your back and at the same time you put it through your legs. If you move your right leg left as your doing this it can sometimes make it easier.

Hot Sauce move but dont know name
Difficulty 3/5
1.aight make the d get real low
2.put the ball around his head.
3.Now take the ball to yo back and hold it wit yo elbows so he thinks you passed it.
(can only be done if you have long arms)

Hot Sauce "Hurricane"
Difficulty 1/5
1.aight ya dribble a bit
2.then grab the ball wit yo right hand and bring the ball across yo body.
3.put the ball through the back of yo left legso it comes back to the front of yo body and grab it wit yo right hand again.
(this is mo of a freestyle move)

Hot Sauce "jacknife?"
difficulty 2/5
1.aight get the d low
2.now wrap the ball around his head and throw it up
3.act like you passed it and run then come back to the ball.

Hot Sauce "Kat Walk"
Difficulty 2/5
1.aight make sure the d's legs are open fo dis and makew sure ya aint to close to em.
2.grab the ball wit yo right hand and put it through the backof yo left leg.
3.now when the balls rollin on the floor step over it wit yo right foot and when the d reaches fo it tap it through his legs.

"Shamgod"
Difficulty 2/5
1. Roll the ball out as if it were an accident.
2. Wait for the defender to make a move at it then quickly scoop it up with your oposite hand.

Hotsauce's "Shuffle"
Difficulty 4/5
1. When the defender is trying to force you to one side, dribble between your legs.
2. Place the ball behind the defender (making it seems as if you dished it off) and run quickly to the other side.
3. Quickly stop, run back, and pick up the ball

"The Slip N Slide"
Difficulty 5/5
1. Dribble the ball with your left hand through your right leg while sort of falling down
2. When the ball gets to your right hand place your left hand on the floor and roll over. Keepin the ball in your right hand.
3. When your getting up gently bounce the ball back to your left hand in a crossover motion.

Hotsauce's "Torando II"
Difficulty 4/5
1. Dribble in and out you left leg. then quickly through your right.
2. When the ball is in your right hand quickly spin it around the D's head (while your spinning).
3. When your back is to him quickly put the ball in you shirt.
4. Hit the ball out and catch it with your right

Preying Mantis 1. Hold tha ball above ya head and then pretend to do an overhead pass but as u do it, let tha ball run down ya back. keep ur hands either side of his head so u this to confuse dem a bit so he think it may be behind his head.
2. Heres da real tricky part. as da ball runs down ya backm lift one leg off the ground and hook it back towards ya ass and catch the ball in between ya heel and the back of ya leg.
3. Then when u have it stuck in there, go into a preying mantis thing like he does n tha karate kid. hold it for a minute to make it look cool.
4. then just punch tha ball out from ya leg.
Migraine Pass You have to get the defender to play tight "D". have a teammate posting up behind your defender down low. act as if u were going to wrap him with the ball, once the ball is directly behind the defender, bounce the ball of the defender's back of the head poppin'it to your teammate down low and setting him up for the assist.

Fake and run 1. Alright, post up with the ball to the d with your back facing the D and with the ball in the right hand turn right and throw the ball behind the D's back and then go left and go get the ball
2. then come back again and post up and do the same thing but when you going to put the ball around the D spin right with the ball the put the ball behind the d but leave it behind him and fake that your going left so he would be like the same move again, and he would go left to try to get the ball but the ball is really at the right where you left it so you just go and get it where you left it and leave the D and go for the shot
Laugh When you receive a pass and the d is playing you close have the ball grabbed with 2 hands and swing it real hard over his head with both hands the d will turn around most likely thinkin that you passed it (it always works for me) if he does turn around put the ball behind the back inside your shirt once the d figures out you still have the ball he'll turn around but he wont see the ball cause its behind your shirt point to the rim and say "there it is" and if he turns around smack the ball of your shirt and pass the rock to keep confusing the poor defender. yo if you do this peeps will be laughing at the d for years Where's the ball You freestyle to get defence low to your level. Now you dribble the ball real fast!! When the defence is low you take the ball & throw it toward the person's back!! Act tall while doing it so the defence will really think you threw the ball!! Do it quickly then the person will be screwed & now you just run in front of him to the basket or mess him up doing some moves!! Whirlwind drop-off First freestyle to get defence low. When the defence is low spin left with your right hand (inside shoulder to the left) When your spinning put the ball over his head and drop it behind him & keep spinning when you complete the spin you should be facing the right. keep going right to get the ball from behind him depending on the defence, they probably won't know where the ball is!! The Thinker DRIBBLE LOW AND FAST TO GET THE D CROUCHED TO YOUR LEVEL. TO END YA FREESTYLE DRIBBLE REAL FAST THROUGH YOUR RIGHT LEG BACK AND FORTH. WHEN THE BALL GETS IN YA RIGHT HAND STAND STRAIGHT UP AND PUT THE BALL ON THE D'S HEAD AND PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR CHIN AND LOOK UP LIKE YOUR THINKING. . QUICKLY ROLL IT OFF BECAUSE THIS MOVE TAKES A WHILE TO COMPLETE SO THE D MIGHT TRY TO GET IT. The Hollow Shuffle
Make da D really excited with some crossovers (quickones)
now as u on ur left side of da court, do da hollowman but when u get pass da ball quickly tap it so it rolls behind da d's left side (do it real smooth or it wont work) now show da d u dont have da ball , wait 2 seconds and then run 2 ur right so he'll follow u then go get da ball and make fun of him or just kick his ass 4 being so stupid what ever u wanna do.

Ankle Breaker This is kinda simple but works and u can shake the hell out of anyone..(u need some space)
1)come up court with the ball in your right hand...run kinda diagonal like u takin a lane but don't drive in (run like 5 steps)
2)then switch hands by goin throw yo legs..and run the otha way take like 3 steps
3) then switch back through yo legs now the ball should be in ur right hand... now u can pop a J or do a lay...
(if this move doesn't work u have to do it fasta go through ur legs sharper stop fast and keep yo head up) when ur done the D's ankle should be swollen...
Cross Multiples
1)

Leg Twista - Start dis move off by dribblin the ball through ur legs and jus show some handle, then while dribblin wit ur right hand, dribble the ball through ur leg to ur left hand but at the same time spin and face ur back to ur defender then dribble the ball behind ur back once back to ur right hand (all in one motion). After that wrap the ball around him and put it through his legs and back through yours. He should be so shakin up jus spin off him to to left and go for the easy lay-up.

Ankle Breaka (Litterally) - First jus dribble wit ur left hand then give a little head fake to the left then crossover to ur right hand and start drivin right. As the defender trys to catch back up wit u, wit the ball in ur right hand put it through his legs back to ur left hand when he turns back around do the same thing and put it back through his legs to ur right hand and jus drive to the hoop. Everytime i try this move i brake someones ankles...one time literally.
3) confusion - made up this one move when you are doubled team first you cross one guy then you do a spin move. then at this time you should be facing the other guy and when you complete your spin just throw it threw the guy's legs.

Sham Fake
1. Do the Shamgod
2. When your pulling the ball back put it under your left leg to the right (you might have to lift your left leg up a bit)
3. That should have been like a cross so the D should be a lil off balance and you can drive right pass him on the right


handed Sham

1. Roll the ball off your right hand to the left side
2. When the D reaches for it grab it back with the same hand


Hip Sham
1. With the ball in your right, bring it over and put it on the left side of your left hipbone
2. Now spin (right shoulder clockwise) and let go of the ball
3. The ball should pop out towards your left side
4. finish the spin and pull the ball back with your right hand


Porno Star
1. Throw the ball up in the air
2. When the D looks up pull his shorts down


Ao Thru The Legs
1. Get the D’s legs open
2. When they are open, gently bounce the ball thru and climb under his legs right away
3. When you get up on the other side of him grab the ball which should be in front of u

The Python
1. Start off with the ball in your right hand
2. Bring the ball across your body to the left side and bounce it behind your back, back to the right side
3. Bring your right hand back to the right side and get it
4. Now bounce it behind your back to the left

Spin Off
1. Bounce the ball around the D on your right side
2. Plant your left foot and spin pass him and get the ball

Post Office

1. Post up on the D make sure you’re kinda far from the hoop
2. With the ball in your right, bounce it behind the D’s back without him noticing
3. Now spin off the post on your left foot and get pass him and get the ball

Cyclone
1. Step with your right foot and dribble thru your legs from left to right
2. Now with the ball in your right spin to the left counter clockwise
3. when you’re finish with the spin your left foot should be in front so cross from right to left thru your legs


Ice
1. Get the D low with his legs open
2. Put the ball thru his legs and go around and get it


Ice Cube (an Ice Variation)
1. Get the D low with his legs open
2. With the ball in your right, bring it over to the left side a bit then put it thru his legs

Dry Ice

1. Do the Ice Cube
2. Now go around and get it and when he turns around put it right back and go retrieve it back where you started


Half Spyder
1. Dribble from right to left then put it through your legs to the back
2. Catching it with your right dribble behind your back to the left.
NOTE: do it fast, it looks better

Over The Head Cross
1. Cross wide and hard from left to right
2. Now crouch down on one knee and put your left hand on the ground
3. Now bring the ball over your head and let it go and it should land on the left side
4. Stand up, get the ball in the left and the effect should have been the same as a crossover so just drive pass him on the left side

Back n Around
1. With the ball in your right bring it around the D’s head and back from the opposite side with the left hand

Double Cross
1. Start off with the ball in your left hand. Cross to the right then do an inside out dribble.
2. Now go right like you faked him out and make him think your going right.
3. After you take about a step quickly cross to the left and drive.


Slip n' Slide
1. Cross to the right thru your legs
2. Put your left hand down in front of u
3. now keep your feet in the same spot and turn around and start sitting down (your back should be facing the D) (your legs should be crossed) (this step is the rolling part of it)
4. Now give 1 dribble and right after you dribble put your right hand on the ground
5. Now stand up by finishing the rolling motion u started in step 3 and stand up
6. once u stand up either cross from left to right, go around the back, or put it thru there legs.
NOTE: Steps 1-5 should be in 1 motion


The knot
1. The ball in your right lift your left leg up and bring the ball under your leg and throw it over your shoulder to the back
2. Get the ball with the left hand


The Paralyzer

1. Turn your back to the D and dribble behind your back low until the D reaches for it.
2. Once he reaches throw it over both your heads and fake dribble
3. Now go around and get the ball


Bear Hug
1. Bring the ball around his head and hold it with 2 hands
2. now bounce the ball behind him so it will go to the right
3. now run left like you have the ball and you’re driving
4. he should either turn around or follow you and after you took like 2 steps come back and get the ball on the right side


Mary Go Round
1. Get the D playing really tite and like he’s doing everything to try and get the ball
2. Now turn your back to him and spread your legs and his should be spread too
3. Now put the ball thru both yours and his legs and spin off of him to go around and get it


The Cross Of Doom
1. With the ball in your left hand fake like your going right
2. Now step back and cross to the right
3. Now quickly cup the ball and put it through your legs front to back
4. Now spin (right shoulder clockwise) really fast
5. While completing the spin grab the ball with your left hand and cross hard to the right and drive pass him


Kick Thru
1. Slam the ball on the ground
2. Kick the ball thru his legs and go around and get it


Leaning Post
1. With the ball in your right hand start to turn so your left shoulder is facing the D
2. Right after you start turning put your left hand on the D's head (kinda cover his eyes).
3. Now bring the ball around your back and bounce it so it will be in front of you while your hand is on the D (you have to twist a little bit).
4. Now grab it with your right hand and take your hand off the D.


Hand Cuffs
1. When the D plays with his hand out grab his wrist with your left hand and hold it
2. Now bring the ball over his arm with your right and bounce it under so it will go back to your right hand

under arrest
1. When the D plays with his hand out grab his wrist with your left hand and hold it
2. Now bring the ball around your back and bounce it so it will be in front of you while your hand is still on the D


Shackles
1. Do Hold Hands 1 then when you get the ball in your right hand again do step 2 of Hold Hands 2

Skip's Twister aka 360 Thru tha Legz

1. Get the D low with his legs open
2. Get the ball to your right hand and do the twister but jump when you do it
4. Once you land and made the whole 360 spin put it through the D's legs without a dribble in between
5. Go around and get it


Twisted Metal
1. Get the D low with his legs open
2. Then do the twister but land with your back torward him.
3. Now let the ball roll through both yours and his legs
4. Spin pass him with your left foot as the pivot and get it so it will look like you are finishing the twister


Where u Lookin

1. Bring the ball behind the D’s shoulder and bring it back (he should think you threw it behind him and he’ll turn around and the notice you have the ball and will look back)

The Revolver
1. With the ball in your right hand bring it across your body and bounce it kinda like the Python
2. Now spin the opposite way you threw the ball.
3. When you meet up with the ball grab it wit your left and stand back in your original position


The Cage
1. Bring the ball behind your back
2. Now bring both elbows back really far and hold the ball behind your back in between your 2 elbows

Brain Freeze
1. Get the D close on you and start going left like your driving
2. Bring the ball behind your back with your left
3. It should be partly behind the D so grab it back and he should turn around


Ghost over

1. Cross to their right
2. Come up with ur body, and then low to make it look like ur gonna do a huge cross
3. Now use ur right hand and cross throu the air without the ball
4. When ur D runs get the ball


Broken Elbow
1. Do the Hurricane with your left hand
2. when you get it back in your left bring it around your back and start going right like your driving
3. Now bring your right arm back and hit the ball back to the left with your right elbow
4. Keep driving like you have the ball and after a couple steps, b4 he knows it, go back and get it

Hyptno-Swing
1. Post up on the D and get close as to him as possible
2. Now cup the ball with your right and bring it behind his back as far as you can
3. Now throw it back over both your heads kinda like a hyptnotizer
4. Catch it and drive


Inside Twist

1. Bring the ball behind the D and kinda do like an inside-out dribble but only bounce it and don’t catch it
2. Now plant your right foot and spin pass him and get the ball


Preying Mantis
1. With the ball in your right and a lil bit behind you bring it up and lift your lower right leg up and put the ball between your foot/lower leg and the back of your thigh/ass
2. Now with your right and left hand bring it around the D’s head like you’re doing the jacknife
3. He should turn around
NOTE: It should all be in one motion and the D shouldn’t see you do step one

The Bounce1. Get the D low
2. Now bring the ball around his right shoulder and bounce it hard right behind him
3. The ball should go straight up and should come back to you while he turns around looking for the ball
4. If the ball doesn’t quite come back to you when u bounce it, jump up and tip it back to yourself


The Bounce Shuffle

1. Do The Bounce
2. Now when the ball is in the air take a few steps like you’re driving on the side you did the bounce with
3. He will either turn around looking for the ball or follow you
4. Shuffle back and get the ball when it lands


Double Bounce AKA The Kangaroo

1. Get the D low and do the bounce (where u bounce it behind them and it goes up in the air)
2. But when u do it make sure it doesn’t bounce too far above his head and make sure it doesn’t bounce back to you
3. Run around him after the ball bounces and is in the air
4. When it's coming down catch the ball above his head and bounce it behind him again
5. Now just wait til the ball goes up and comes back into your hand


Made u Look

1. Do The Bounce and make sure it goes really high
2. When the D turns around, grab the back of his shirt and pull it over his head so he can’t see
3. When the ball comes down, tap it so it will bounce off the D’s back, back to you
4.  If you can (and if he’s still turned around) put the ball thru his legs from his back

Reverse Boomerang
1. Post up on the D
2. With the ball in your right bring it around the D’s head and throw it over both your heads to the left
3. He should turn around and just grab the ball with your left


Upside Down
1. Do a 1-handed handstand with one hand and with the other, keep dribbling like upside down

Upside Down and Go Right Thru

1. Do the Upside Down but while u are in the handstand put the ball thru the D’s legs, get back on your feet, go around and get the ball

Blind Fold
1. If the D is wearing a headband or a tuke, pull em down over his eyes

Hypnotwist
1. Do the twister
2. When your land, keep your back to the D and throw the ball over both of your heads.
3. Spin around him with your left foot being the pivot and get it so it will look like you are finishing the twister

Volcano
1. Bring the ball behind u and throw it straight up in the air not too high
2. Jump as high as u threw the ball so it'll hit your back.
3. Look to the right while u use your right hand behind your back and hit it to the left (he should see u hittin the ball)
4. Now land and go to the right but quickly come back and get the ball

Disaster
1. Cross through your legs to the right.
2. Jab hard to the right and cross wide to the left.
3. Let the ball go
4. Now with your right hand, reach over to the ball and bounce it around the D
5. Now go around on the right side and get it

Leg n' Slide
1. Put the ball in between your knees and hold it
2. Now roll and get up in the exact same motion as the slip n’ slide
3. When you get up let the ball out of your knees and cross hard to the right


Disappearin Boomerang
1. Do the boomerang but make it so u throw it behind them and over your self
2. Now catch it between your elbows like the cage

Shoulder Rest
1. Get the D relax and put the ball on his shoulder really quick and then take it off

Vanishing Ball
1. Drive and once you are just a little bit pass the defender put the ball on top of your heel and sit on the ball
2. The D will chase after u and see u sitting and will be wondering where the ball is
NOTE: so the ball should be in between your foot and butt except your sitting on it

Brain Pop
1. Get the D low
2. Put the ball around his head and hold it against the back of his upper back
3. Now roll it up and let the ball hit his head
4. It should pop in the air, go retrieve it

Drop Thru

1. Bring the ball around his head like jacknife.
2. Drop it with a spin so it will come back through his legs back to u or with one hand bounce it thru his legs back to you

Ball n Chain
1. With your hand that has the ball do the backstabber (pin it on his shoulder blade)
2. Now with your free hand lift the back of his shirt over the ball and his head
3. If u can, take his shirt off and swing the ball in it like a ball n' chain.
4. if not just take the ball back out and drive

Ao Stall
1. Get the D's legs open
2. Lift your feet and put the ball on the side of your feet and hold it there for like 3 seconds
3. Put your foot down and dribble once and put it through the D's legs

Spyder X
1. Dribble back and forth between your left leg and then with the ball in your left dribble it behind your back.
2. Now take a step back so your right foot is in front
NOTE: when u take a step back make it look like your falling back
3. Dribble under it back to your left.
NOTE: steps 1-3 is just a spider dribble but with a step in it
4. Right after u get it with your left cross hard to your right and you should be passed him

Leg Twista
1. Freestyle
2. Cross through your legs to the right and then spin to so your back is to the D
3. Now with the ball in your right hand bring it around his back and put it through his legs and through your back to front

Sole
1. Dribble from right to left (or vice versa) and half way through kinda step on the ball so it will hit the bottom of your foot and then the ground and come back up
NOTE: make sure u move your foot after u hit the ball

Hypnothru
1. Get the D's legs open
2. Put it through his legs
3. When u catch it on the other side of him immediately throw it back over his head
4. Go back and get it and he should still be looking for the ball

The UFO Remix
1. Get the D low
2. With the ball in your right bring the ball over to your left and flick it behind/over his head so it will land on your left
NOTE: you will have to twist your arm a bit when your throw it
3. Now spin towards the left right after you throw it and get it after it bounces, he should turn around

Stabbed in Da Back by the Jacknife
1. Pin the ball to the D's back
2. Keep it their for a second or two and then throw it straight up and start driving right then come back for the ball and he should be turned around looking for the ball

Slice n' Dice

1. Freestyle w/the ball and when it gets to your strong hand reach under your weak side leg and bounce the ball
2. When you do that make sure you give it some spin so when you put your leg down it the ball will travel back across your body
3. When it does raise the opposite leg so the ball can travel under that one and end back up in the hand you started with
4. When it does, cross hard to the opposite hand and leave the D shakin

Replay
                                                                                                                                  1. Lean over the defenders shoulder and throw the ball from behind them through their legs
2. Catch the ball and put it right back through their legs

Watch ya back

1. Do the bounce (where u bounce the ball behind him and it goes up back to you and he turns around)
2. When they turn around to get the ball after you bounce it grab the front or back of their shirt and wrap it over their head
3. Keep him blinded by his shirt and when the ball comes back down, with your free hand, grab the ball and bounce the ball of the back of his head and let him get out of his shirt

Down Slide

1. Put the ball on the D's head
2. Roll it down the D's back
3. Go around and get the ball

Roller Coaster

1. Do an inside-out dribble and bring the ball behind your back to your other hand without dribblin' it
2. When the ball is in the other hand, bring your opposite hand behind the D's head and quickly bring the hand with ball behind his head
3. You should now be holding the ball behind his head with both hands
4. Then quickly roll the ball down your arm (the one you did the inside-out dribble with) from behind his head, across your chest, and to your other arm til it reaches that hand

Under n' Over

1. Get the ball to your strong hand
2. When it’s there raise your weak side leg but keep your knee bent so the bottom of your foot faces the ground
3. Reach all the way under it with ball and bounce it on the ground on the outside of that leg really HARD
4. When the ball is traveling back up, crouch down so it can go over your back

Frog Jump

1. Get the D real low
2. Put the ball threw his legs
3. Right after u do that jump over them
4. Get the ball and drive

Re-Direction
1. Freestyle so the D will play you close
2. Put the rock thru your legs to your right and spin clockwise to your left until yo back is to em'.
3. Stop when your back is towards them and slam it on the floor
4. When he reaches or even if he doesn't quicly roll it to your left hand and keep it in front of you
5. Now with your right hand reach behind you and thru your own legs from back 2 front and get the ball and roll the ball thru his legs
6. Go around and get it

Stigmata

1. With the ball in your right, put it behind the d and back thru his legs, but while u do it step up to tha d so it comes back thru your legs too
2. It should end up in your left hand behind your back, so dribble behind your back to the right
3. Now put it behind his back and plant your left foot to spin around him and get it

Krazy C

1. With your right hand do a shamgod to your left side, but bring it back with your left hand
2. Then quickly with your left do the shamgod to the right side and bring it back with your right
3. Pop it off their head and when the ball comes back let it bounce then c walk or dance backwards with the ball in front of you
4. And if the d goes for it kick the ball thru they legs and go around and get it

C-right back

1. Have yo back face the d as you dribble left to right
2. Roll the ball so it rolls in front of you run to the ball so the d runs with you
3. Pickup the ball with your right hand and turn towards the right and switch hands to the left in the middle of the turn so the D can’t see the ball while you turn
4. When you face the d put the ball in yo shirt behind yo back but act like u passed it with your other hand
5. When he looks away c walk towards him n he looks at you pop the ball out

Shuffle Pop

1. Bounce the ball of the top of the D’s head with both hands
2. Now run in a direction like u have the ball and just did the jacknife
3. Now shuffle back and git it

Backdoors
1. Take the ball and you can do either the back stabber or The Bounce
NOTE: if u do the bounce put a lot of back spin on it and make it bounce high
2. When you’re done with the bounce or want to take it off the D, if u did the back stabber throw it up, when its in the air above u and the D, do the pinball machine once (the pinball machine is where u throw it up with backspin and when it comes down you hit it up again putting more backspin and when it comes down u do it again, etc)
3. After you do it once reach up for the ball and bring it down palm up and hit the D on the head with it


Typhoon

1. Dribble thru your legs to the right
2. Now plant your left foot and spin backwards (clock wise, to the left)
3. When your back is to the D in the spin do the hurricane on your pivot foot
4. Instead of catching it with your right keep spinning and when your about done spinning catch it with your left
5. Now either cross back to the right or if you have it kinda behind you cross behind your back to the right

Subtraction

1. Freestyle
2. Throw the ball in the air by lifting your left leg and reach under and throw it up
3. When they reach 4 it, grab it and wrap it around their head
4. Then go rite around and drive

Grim Reaper

1. slam the ball on the ground and dance
2. do the hotsauce pickup and juggle a bit
3. put the ball in the front of your shirt
4. dance a bit and then pull the front of your shirt over your head (phantom)
5. the ball should fall out, let it bounce once and then grab it
6. freestyle whateva then do the backstabba
7. since u'll be close to them and your shirt is up with your free hand (you should still be holding the backstabba) pull your shirt off your head and put it over theirs so they can't see
8. let go of the backstabba and take the shirt off their head

SWAT team arrest

1. get him playing D with his hands out in front of him
2. grab the D's right wrist (your left side)
3. now with the ball in the right, bring it across his head to your left side (his right) and pin it on his right shoulder (your left)
NOTE: basically u did a backstabber with your arm crossed and holding on his wrist
4. now let the ball go and let go of his wrist spin pass him and get the ball

F5 Tornado

1. get the D low
2. wit the ball in your right jump spinning clockwise
3. while you are jumping and spinning wit the ball in right bring it over thier head and let it go
4. finish the spin and they should look behind them, if not o well
5. the ball should be on the D's right side (your left), go get it

Reverse Shamgod

1. Get tha ball
2. Dribble quick in an out olf ur right leg
3. Take ball in right hand, which should be behind u, take it, an bounce tha ball on your right so it goes decent height, an goes backwards slowly
4. Walk backwards w/tha ball, but didn’t touch it, 4 bout 3 steps or till d reaches in
5. Cross it from right 2 left under your leg fast, should work like a shamgod

Tabasco Sauce

1. Get the ball
2. Get d close an relaxed
3. Dribble thro your right leg so the ball is in your right hand
4. Put it behind his head to the left
5. When its behind his back on your left side (he should’ve spun lookin for the ball) bounce it really high
6. Take a couple steps without the ball like your driving
7. Come back, grab the ball, and bounce it off his head if you want

Straight Thru

1. Freestyle, get the D's legs open
2. Dribble thru your legz to the left moving towards your left (his right)
3. Now turn counter-clockwise so your back is facing him
4. With your back facing him and the ball in your left, put the ball thru his legs
5. Finish the spin u started to go around and get it
6. When he turns to follow you, turn around and bounce the ball off his head
7. Now turn back and go for the layup

Vanished Dribble

1. Dribble the where the D can’t see it too well
2. Now put the ball on the ground, take one dribble without the ball, and drive forward without the ball
3. Come back and get the ball

Nice 2 Meet U
1. If the D is playing with his hand out shake it and then pull a cross, put it thru his legs, or put up a shot

Disconnection
1. Start about 10 feet away from the D running towards him and throw the ball bouncing toward the D
2. Now run at an angle towards the left a lil bit away from the ball
3. When he reaches for it, get it wit your right and cross hard to the left and drive

The Clown
1. Freestyle a bit to get the D low
2. Now do the basic juggle called Round Trip (ball goes up your left arm, across your chest, down your right arm) about twice
3. Now on the last time it comes across your chest and down your right arm, once it gets to your right hand quickly bring it around the D’s head to the left hand and immediately start to juggle again
NOTE: when you bring it around the D’s head you want to keep the same motion of the juggle

Don't Reach
1. Start to turn your back towards the D by turning clockwise
2. When your back is about towards the D dribble behind your back to your left
3. Since your back is towards them when you dribble behind your back they will reach for it. When they do, have the ball in your left and spin pass them clock wise on your right foot

Switchblade

1. Cross from left to right
2. Plant your left foot and start spinning to the left
3. Right after you start spinning, throw the ball to your left hand
4. Now you should have spun about half the spin and the ball is in your left so now cross behind your back and drive pass him

Tha Migraine Shuffle
1. Bring the ball behind the D’s head and hold it with both hands (like the Jacknife)
2. Now bounce it off the back of his head and catch it again
3. When he starts to turn around bring the ball back to the front and he should be looking all over for the ball
4. Now when he’s starting to turn back bounce the ball around him on either side and take a couple steps without to the opposite side u threw it like your driving
5. Come back and get it

Skull Kracker

NOTE: the D has to be wearing a big shirt
1. Get the D playing low
2. With the ball in your right put the ball on his forehead, and at the same time, reach over him with your left and bring the back of his shirt over his head and put it over his head and the ball on his forehead
3. Now quickly hit the ball out of the shirt by hitting the top of the ball
4. The ball should fall out and quickly put it thru his legs
5. Go around and get it

Satan’s Claw

1. Get the D’s legs open
2. The ball should be in your right, now put your left hand on his left shoulder (which is the shoulder on your right side)
3. Now put your right foot in front and by his foot (to get ready for a spin) and at the same time bring the ball over your left arm and put it thru his legs while u start spinning on your right foot going pass him on the right side
4. Let go of his shoulder while you finish the spin and go retrieve the ball

It’s Behind U

1. With the ball in your right bring the ball under the D’s left arm (his arm on your right side) and throw it up diagonally behind his back so it will go up to his right shoulder (his shoulder on your left side)
2. When it gets a lil above his shoulder with your left hand hit it down back by his left foot (his foot on your right side)
3. He should turn around so just get the ball

Invisible Spin

1. Do a spin move
2. When ur back is to the d drop the ball
3. Finish ur spin and shuffle right or left

Twisted Metal X

1. Do the Tornado
2. When you are half way thru with your back facing the D, bounce it thru both of your legs so it will go behind him
2. Go around him and get the ball
4. Now put it back thru his legs from back to front or bounce it back around him
NOTE: he should not see you do step 4
5. Keep running like you have the ball and then run back and get the ball

2k2 Bounce

1. Do the Tornado and when the ball is behind the D's head, bounce the ball behind the D's back to the left side
2. Finish ur spin and get the ball
3. Now put it back thru his leg

Circle Shuffle

1. Start the motion of the hypnotizer
2. When you are about to flick the ball up, instead of flicking it up and over the D, flick it back out the right and make sure the ball is high enough that it can't be seen
3. Now shuffle to the left pretending you threw it there
4. Come back and get it

Leg Hypnotizer

1. Start to freestyle and get the D lazy
2. Now bring the ball up behind your back and put it between your calf and your azz
3. Do the Hypnotizer
4. When it hits the ground behind the D, slap the ball back througfh his legs to where you started
5. Now as soon as you come back to the front of him, immediately cross back in the same direction toward the hoop

Head Sticker

1. Palm the ball
2. Stick it on the D's head
3. Still palming it, pull it off the Ds head and quickly put it through is hellgs
4. Go around him and get it

Tornado Shuffle

1. Put the ball in your shirt
2. With your right hand, hit the ball towards your left side
3. When the ball comes around to your back, turn sideways so your left ear is facing the D
4. As soon as the ball is above your azz, hit it out of your shirt with your right hand so it goes thru the D's legz
5. Go around him and get it



.::Juggles::.

Spin on Finger
1. Self Explanatory

Round Trip (the most basic Juggle)
1. With your right hand throw the ball up in the air making the ball spin clock wise
2. Let the ball land on your left wrist/fore arm
3. The ball should roll up your arm (tilt your arm back if needed) and it should come to your face
4. Bring your head back a bit and let the ball go across your upper chest/lower neck
5. Now let the ball come back down your right arm
6. Keep doing this
NOTE: instead of spinning it at the beginning you can spin it on your finger and drop it onto your arm


Express Way
(the second most basic juggle)
1. Bring the ball behind your back
2. Throw it up to the opposite side diagonally so it's like going to your shoulder
3. Make sure u throw it hard enough so it will go higher than your shoulder
4. Catch it with the opposite hand that u started out with
NOTE: it's more like a flick than a throw


Round Trip Over Head

1. Do the round trip but this time put your head down and let the ball roll over your neck and down the arm

Round Trip Over Head Variation
1. Do the round trip except keep your head down and lift your arms higher up
2. At the same time walk while spinning in a counter clock wise motion
NOTE: this is done on the St. Louis tour

Bingo Machine
1. Throw the ball up with a backspin
2. When it's coming back hit it with your hand giving it more backspin like if you were shooting the ball while it was coming down
3. Keep doing it for as long as u can

Bicep bounce

1. Throw the ball back a little bit to your upper arm
2. Now bounce the ball back to your hand with your upper arm

Fish Net
1. Have the ball in your hand
2. Now turn your hand so your palm is facing the ground but quickly before the ball falls kind of reach over it so your hand is now on the bottom of the ball with your wrist/fore arm on top
3. Now release it by giving a flick and the ball should put a backspin
4. Reach your arm out let it land on it and roll to your shoulder
5. Now do whatever

Fish Net 2
1. Put the ball on your foot and against your shin/ankle
2. Now do the same flick as in the fish net and the same thing should happen
3. Now finish the move like the Fish net

Up n Down
1. Do either of the Fish Net
2. When it comes up your right arm use your left hand and reach behind your head and lightly tap the ball so it will roll back down your arm

After Post
1. After a post move spin to the left on your left foot
2. After half the spin when your facing the hoop, jump up and bounce the ball under your legs to a team mate behind you

After Post var.
1. Do step one or the after post and do the spin on part 2
2. Now once u do the half spin instead of throwing it through your legs throw it off behind you with your right

Head Wrap
1. Do a move and then spin so you have your back to him
2. Now pass the ball of right or left right pass his head but kinda wrap your arm around his head when u pass it

Left 2 Right

1. Bring the ball around your back to the left side w/o dribbling
2. Now lean left a little bit and throw it back to a teammate on the right side with your left
3. This is optional but after you throw it you can spin left all in one motion

Sling Shot
1. After you do a move turn you back to him
2. Now with the ball in either hand swing it forward a bit
3. Now throw it behind you to a teammate behind the D

Fish Hook
1. Skip down the court and bring your right leg up
2. Now with the left put the ball under to your right w/o dribbling
3. Now throw it behind your back to the left

G pass
1. When you’re running down about to drive the lane bounce it kinda hard so it goes up to about your chest
2. Now with your right hand over the ball to the left and then under the ball back to the right
3. Before the ball falls bring your hand to the left and then throw the ball to the left
NOTE: so the shape your making wit your hand including the passing part is like a capital G

Hurri-Pass

1. Do the gurricane
2. Don’t catch it tho, instead let it hit your knee so it will go thru the defenders leg
3. A teammate should of got it by now

Whirlwind Pass
1. Bring the ball behind your back w/o dribbling to your right hand
2. While you are doing that turn so your back is facing the D
3. Once the ball is in your right hand, make a clock wise circle with the ball in your hand and when the circle is done throw the ball off to the left all in one motion

Tornado Pass
1. Do the twister but only spin 90 degrees
2. Once u bring the ball back from behind his head give it to the other hand
3. Now throw it behind your back so it will pass the right side of the D

Pinball Machine
1. Slam the ball on the ground
2. Throw it thru your legs to the back and catch it low with your other hand
3. Right after you catch it throw it back thru your leg a little higher just so it will go thru the D’s legz
4. Your teammate should catch it when it’s on the other side of the D

Knee bounce
1. Lift your leg up
2. Bounce the ball of your knee over the D
3. Teammate on the other side should get it

Back Pains
1. Bring the ball around the D from under his armpits and hold it behind him with both hands
2. Now bounce it against his back so it will go to a teammate behind him

Head Pains (Back Pain Variation)
1. Bring the ball around the D’s head and hold it with both hands
2. Now bounce it off the back of his head to a teammate behind him


Boomerang Pass
1. Run up to the D like your gunna pass the ball to some guy downcourt behind him
2. Do the boomerang with 2 hands to make it look like you launched the ball downcourt
3. When he turns around, hit him on the back with the ball

360 Bear Hug Pass
1. Cross over to the right hand
2. Now turn 180 degrees and throw the ball behind his back on HIS left side going behind HIM to the right
3. Now do a 360 using the momentum from the pass, and end up where you started without the ball

360 Spin Off Pass
1. Cross to your right hand
2. Now do a spin move back to the left
3. When you spin, pass it off to the guy while you come around

Pump, Jump, and Around

1. When you have a D tryin to block your layout up or shot down low, pump fake him up
2. Now pass theh ball around your back with your right hand to teh other side
3. Your teammate will take a lay-up or shot

Hypnotizer Pass
1. Do the hypnotizer
2. Let it keep going until your teammate get the ball behind the D

Follow the Leader Pass

1. Dribble up for a lay-up on a fast break with a guy on teh left, while you go in on the right
2. Just as you about to jump, put the ball around your back to teh left hand and pass the ball off
3. Now jump up pretending you have the ball for the lay
4. The D should follow you up

Slip 'n' Pass
1. Do the Slip 'n' Slide
2. While you come back up from the roll, pass the ball off to a guy next to you
3. You can even do this move over but pass the ball thru the Ds legs

Normal Skip
1. Just skip down the court while your dribbling.

Skip 2 my Lou
1. Skip down the court but keep your legs straight and kinda of kick 1 leg out then the other like u walking like a robot

Skip 2 my Through
1. Same thing as Skip 2 my lou but put it through your legs every time you take a step

Through the Legs
1. Run down court while taking big steps
2. Every step put it through your legs
NOTE: it looks better if u stay low

The Holy Cross
1. When you’re going down court step with your left foot and dribble with your right to the left side.
2. Hop a lil bit so your right foot (your about to step) is in the air dribble through your legs from the left to right with the right and catch it with your right on the right side

Cartwheel
1. Bounce the ball on the ground and do a cartwheel
2. retrieve the ball.

The SummerSault
1. Get down and crouch into a ball and keep dribbling.
2. Now bounce the ball forward and let go of it and do a summersault
3. Once you are done with the summersault stand up and the ball should be right by you
NOTE: careful and make sure your head doesn’t hit the ground.

The Bone Collector's Skip

1. Step forward with your right while dribbling through your legs from left to right
2. Lift your left leg up and dribble the ball under your left leg with your right hand but catch it on the other side with your right (kinda like a yoyo dribble)
3. Step with your right and yoyo dribble it back
4. Now take a step with your left and dribble the bal behind your but dribble it where your right foot is standing. when you dribble it bend your right leg up so the ball will bounce where your foot was and will go under your shin

Pepper Shake
1. Bounce the ball on the ground and follow it but put your hands on your upper rib cages and shake your body
2. Get the ball

Head bounce

1. If there is 1 D on the fast break just bounce the ball on his head but make sure it will go over him after the bounce continue on to the dunk

The Weave
1. Start off with the ball in your right hand (you do this move when your going up the court)
2. Dribble from right to left with the right hand but catch it with the right hand and dribble back to the right (yo Yo dribble)
3. Make it so you take a step with your left when you do the first bounce of the yoyo dribble when your then step with ur right and put it through your legs on the way back of the yoyo dribble.
4. Catch it with your right and step with your left while putting it through to the left
5. Step with your right and cross to the right.
6. Step with the left and dribble behind your back to the left.
7. Step with the right and cross back through your legs
8. Now do the move again as many times as you want or can

The Arch

1. Skip down the court like skip 2 my lou (legs out in front)
2. When your left leg is out in front, with the ball in your right bring it under and throw It over your whole body so it will end up on the left side
3. Continue skipping or to the lay-up

Pop-out

1. Skip down the court dribbling in your right
2. Drop the ball close to your right side a little bit to the back, keep it a little bit above your knee height, and keep skipping
3. Reach your left arm behind your back and hit the ball back out in front of you
4. Keep doing this until u get to the D or the hoop
NOTE: the ball will stay on the right side the whole time
