Welcome to our brand new web site dedicated to "jewel of the crown"- the Gouldian Finch.

My name is Barry Levitt and together with my partner Dawn Rushall we have established a good breeding collection of Gouldian Finches, having bred birds ( mostly Foreign species ) now for well over 40 years we still regard the Gouldian Finch as being our favourite species.

We do hope that you find this web site interesting and also our other site "Barry and Dawn's Gouldian Finch Homepage" which can be accessed from the navigation bar. 

Over the coming months Dawn and i both hope to add a lot more content to this web site and we look  forward to making contact with other Gouldian Finch enthusiasts no matter where you reside or how experienced you may or may not be with keeping this species WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU. 

This year we are having another very successful breeding season, all of our Gouldian Finches are currently breeding and we have produced several nice clutches of healthy youngsters.

We  parent rear ALL of our birds and have no need at all to use foster parents when breeding.
