We do not collect any data. All credit card information is kept only securely by E-gold or WebMoney. We do not keep a customer list, do not send unsolicited e-mails  and do not have any other data based records. We do not keep copies of sent mail, nor do we keep any records of the recipients.  All these measures are taken to ensure your total privacy.

When we receive your letter, it is immediately translated (if required), printed on high quality paper and prepared for delivery. Usually mail is shipped within 24 hours. After the letter is sent we notify you of completion.

We do not add any logo or advertisement to neither the letter nor the envelope.
