Well my "rock bottom" has occurred.  I went to the doctor and she suggested that I get the Gastric Bypass Surgery.  That is when it all came clear to me that I am at the point where I am not healthy.  So I have decided to join Weight Watchers and go for their new CORE PLAN.  I need the discipline that the core plan gives, that the Flex Points did not.  Well here it goes....
