Bypass Surf Control
1. Click Start
2. Right Click
3. Click Properties
4. Click Customize
5. Click Advanced
6. Scroll down till you Get to "Run Command" check the box
7. Click "OK"
8. Click run in the Windows(R) XP(R) Start Menu
9. Type CMD
10. Click "OK"
11. Type Ping Dont click Enter
12. Type the web site that is being blocked
13. Click Enter
14. Type The nubers and periods into the internet. Vola!
