04/18/07 Oofah. It's been a while, now, hasn't it? Well, I am, in fact, alive, but not legomation-wise, i'm afraid. We're currently doing web design in technology, and so, i'm hoping a teacher will notice the link to this website and discover the genious i can create with HTML and photoshop, and NOT restricting dream weaver. xP I swear, i hate that program with almost every fiber of my being. I can't even pick up some more HTML codes from it, really, since it kinda speaks its own language in the whole "coding" part of it :P Anywhoo, I'll probably be putting up some sort of legomation not to far away, since i've incorporated it into my free-write for language arts--i'm writing a script and transferring it into a legomation for my project. Can't wait! I really need somthing forcing me to finish a legomation, such as extreme boredom/artistic drive, or a deadline set by a teacher xD So expect one sometime next month. I will try to get the next part of "Jonny Ripper" in, for which i have many ideas, but not the drive, and about half the stopmotion photos. It's progressing slowly, that's all i can say. Well, ta-ta! I'll try and update the stie more frequently, ah promise, ah do.

03/24/07 I spent literally all effing day making a new movie. It took forever, and i stopped taking pictures when i got tired of it, which determined where to cut off the movie. Which is just as well, because despite it being about one minuite AND low-res, it takes FOREVER to load on youtube. I probably have to re-load it in a better file type, but i'm too dern lazy xD Go enjoy it on the "legomations" page. The one on the very top.
According to my mom after seeing it, it's MUCH better than the other one, but i'm not entirley happy. For one, there's the whole "low-res" thing, and for another, some parts go too fast or are too choppy. Some frames probably got cut out xP If anyone has any tips, could you please post them on the forums thanksmuch? x) I need to know a good way to convert files from iMovie that has a higher resolution but still loads quickly. Shankoo veddy much 8D

03/20/07 As many of you more perceptive people who have actually been keeping up with the site may have noticed, i put up ONE video: the video that started it all. Our social studies project ^^;; It's an unfinished version, we refined the music and edited the credits in the final vs. but it's not up on youtube yet, chris needs to put it up, and i just can't wait. It was in the process of making this video though, that i realized my love for creating legomations xD I was just trying to save our sorry butts, but i ended up enjoying it way too much and stayed up till 1 am doing it. Anywhoo, that's that. I'll probably add the finished version later, and take the current one off, when chris puts it on youtube, but for now, this is what we'v got for it.
As far as coding goes, i'm workin' on it. As you may have noticed, text areas have not been created for the videos page, and some other pages. Also, i keep getting ideas for new pages and features that the site could host, but for now, i'll leave it. Maybe i'll promote it on i-am-bored.com some time (great site, by the way, if you have a chance to visit it...) but HA! Now they OWE me! I not only mentioned them, i effing LINKED to them! Hah-wha-zzah! >_> hyeah, anyways, i'm looking forward to adding my soon-to-come profile to the "team" page but first, as always, i need a text area, which will take time, coding, and photoshop work. In other words, it probably won't be up until sometime this weekend, but i'll add what i can to the site during the week.
Ta-ta!

BTW, i also got the forums up and running, so if people wanna chat about anything at all, go ahead. it's not like i have hundreds of random people flocking to the site, and as far as i know, the only people who have seen it are Jenny, Chris (not the chris in my project group. the other chris) and Arazue.

03/18/07 Hello, and welcome to legomators! We are a website that puts together legomations and puts them up for all the world to see! The creator of the website is a little person named Leila Abdelrazaq who lives on a small peninsula in a distant land far, far away. (Well, far, far away from her hometown anyways. She moved when she was 11.) She loves all things creative, and chocolate chip cookie bars, and this website combines some of her many artistic passions: Writing (script writing) drawing (scene drawing) and making movies (using iMovie to put together several hundred pictures of legos moving fractions of an inch to make it LOOK like she took a movie of legos moving on their own) plus making funny voices (voiceovers). She has so far, one other person on her lego team, and that is ler little brother, Adlai. But he doesn't do much. Leila codes the website, Leila makes the movies, puts them together, writes the scripts, moves the legos, takes the pictures, inserts every little trasition AND designs all the grahics for the site on a free trial of Adobe Photoshop CS2. Leila also enjoys doing all these things.
As you can see, the construction of the site is still in progress, so don't bug us for updates. Leila is working on it, and beleive it or not, she has a life, too. And a very hectic one at that so quit yer nagging. Plus, this is non-profit. It's to fill up all that extra time Leila has on her hands, and maybe to show her technology teacher when it comes time for web design in the fourth quarter.
I bid you a good day.
