Mortal Kombat (SNES Version)
Developer: Midway
Publisher: Midway
Introduction:
Mortal Kombat was the first entry in the famous Mortal Kombat fighting game series by Midway, released in arcades in 1992. It centers on the first Mortal Kombat tournament and the ultimate defeat of the evil Shang Tsung by the monk Liu Kang. This game is old school and can be very cheap but fun at the same time lol. This game is a classic that I think and alot of people thinks so too.

Graphics: B-
The graphics is ok but its old school graphics. However, they use people for characters so i think thats pretty cool. I also like the background in MK games i always think they do a good job with the background how its so differnt from other video games.
Sound: C+
LOL its pretty funny its not the best but its not the worst.
Control: B+
Its mostly basic moves on the game and every character have special moves and have a Fatality too. The controls on the game are very easy so i don't think anybody would have any problem with it.
Gameplay: A
The gameplay for Mortal Kombat is fun but the bosses are very hard and very cheap so sometimes you have to be cheap too lol. Each of the seven playable characters move and fight in the exact same fashion, which led to complaints that the characters lacked distinction. However, each character's moves differed in their hit detection, speed, and damage, such that (for example) Kano's crouching kick dealt much more damage than other characters' crouching kicks, while Raiden's jumpkick had much longer range than other jumpkicks. The game retained a similar scoring system (based off successful hits, the Test Your Might minigame and other bonuses) to those games; this would be dropped in later entries to the Mortal Kombat series in favor of counting wins.
Overall: A-
MK is one my favorite fightin game series and Mortal Kombat 1 is a classic too. Though the gameplay is addicting it can get old fast when you're not playing with another player. One of the bosses Goro is very cheap i think hes one of the hardest bosses in video games. So if you haven't played it yet then I think you should give it a try.
