Legal Video Services

Legal Video Services rates for video depositions include the 2-hour / per day-per location minimum charge. There is an hourly rate for additional 0n-site -

                              First 2 hours: $225

                              Per additional hour: $75

Our 2-hour minimum charge is initiated at the origination of the noticed start time of the deposition.  Additional hours are billed from the end of the initial scheduled 2-hour minimum period and chrged per 15 minute increments until the time all deposition business and discussions are concluded.

Cancelled or postponed Video Depositions with less than 24 hour verbal notice are subject to a minimum $225.00  2-hour billing charge. 

There is no charge for travel expenses within a 1-hour driving radius of our studio and facility in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Travel outside of the 1-hour or 50 mile radius will be rated at 50 per mile and billed accordingly.

Our Video Deposition fee includes one free VHS copy of the deposition for th enoticing attorney.
