...FROM THE START OF THE LEVEL, AFTER YOU REGAIN YOUR SIGHT, HEAD STRAIGHT THROUGH THE BLINKING DOORWAY. ONCE THERE,LOOK AHEAD AND UP,ULL SEE A LONG LIGHT, JUMP UP AND DUCK TO LAND ON IT THEN LOOK LEFT AND JUMP UP AND DUCK ONCE MORE TO REACH THE ROOFTOP. ONCE UP HERE LOOK LEFT TO SEE A DARK PASSAGEWAY. HEAD DOWN THIS TILL YOU REACH A DEAD END. LOK DOWN ON THE GROUND AND YOU WILL SEE THE SKULL, ALONG WITH 4 GRENADES AND A SCOPE.

SKULL#2

...Ok on Regret, Just after you get off the gondala, and go in the structure. there is a big block of stone. jump on that and you can get on a ledge that leads out to the covenant turrets. facing back towards the structure, jump up another level around the right side of the structure. It is pretty straight lined from here. You should find the Skull on a ledge when you make it around.

EFFECT- cloak replaces flashlight
...I found another one in the ruins on Delta Halo. Push through Covenant-held ruins. There's a door being blocked by a rock. Jump on the rock. Then jump on the ledge that's located above the blocked doorway. Turn left and jump up on another ledge. Grenade jump up to where you'll find Two Red Elites Surrounding a skull.they will cloak themselves.

LEVEL- the arbiter
NAME- grunt birthday party
EFFECT- enemies will explode with plasma effect when hit in head.
...the very first time you get a banshee, fly down. below you is a large beamlike structure (not to be confused with the one directly below you that turns and goes vertical) running from the arm of the station you just came out of to one exactly like it on the side opposite. Below this structure are 3 cylinders hanging down, with cylinders of light shooting out of the bottom that look like they are what keeps the station floating. If my explanation is too vague, they are the absolute lowest parts of the station. Now go to the middle engine and land on the top part of it. This and the other engines connect to the large structure mentioned earlier. The tops of the engines come up to meet the structure at an angle, where this angle is under the connecting structure and coming up to meet it, there is a place to walk (like being under a bridge). Under one side you will see the six grunts with the skull in the middle.

...on the final Gravity lift, look up! the skull will pass you by. hold x to grab it.

LEVEL- gravemind
NAME- anger
EFFECT-
...Fight all the way through the Covenant city until you reach the outdoors. As soon as you are outside, stick to the right-hand side and walk along the wall. You should see a Covenant wall thingy with a red rail on it. Jump up to it (crouch jump helps) and at the end there is the Anger skull in a small grav-lift.

LEVEL- Sacred Icon
NAME- Mythic
EFFECT-
...There is a semi outdoor area which has the same type of area right next to it. There is a large sentinal in front of each one. Go past this area and down the piston and you'll be in a vary dark and dank flood infested area. There's a stack of 6 or 7 boxs as you enter the room, use them to jump up to the right ledge and it's floating above a dead Human flood in a vent. After the gandola.

LEVEL- METROPOLIS
NAME- CATCH
EFFECT-
...Right after u get out of the sewers(Tunnel), there is a big area and 2 ghosts, kill every thing first, then go to the middle of it where u see a arc that leads up onto a building, throw a nade down and jump by it to get enough height to start climbing it. Or you can do what i did and pull the warthgog close to the arc and jump off that onto the arc to start climbing. when you get to the top take a left and hug the wall around the structure and the skull will be there.

LEVEL- Cairo Station
NAME- Thunderstorm
EFFECT-
...
In the large room after the armoury, you need to use a duck-jump to get onto a light fixture on the right wall (right of the room when u enter) and then jump from there onto the higher area. There is a series of diagonal beams. Walk up one near to the end of it and use it to duck-jump onto one of the rails. You can fall between the rails, so be careful. Once on the rails, walk down them until you can jump onto the highest platform. Then you will see a trash can.Melee it!

LEVEL- The Great Discovery
NAME- Black Eye
EFFECT-Shields won't recharge. you have to melee enemies to build them up.
...Start the level and follow through untill you get to the banshees on the edge.( where you have to gaurd the scarab) Now take a banshee and kill all of the enemies on your way up to the large structure.once everyone is cleared.fly straight towards the structure and go left,fly up the curved side untill it stops, then jump out of the banshee and run up to the top. once up walk way back until you see a large, centered beam. walk up it and in the center up there is the skull!

LEVEL-Quarantine Zone
NAME-Sputnik
EFFECT-Melee attacks send vehicles and other such objects soaring!
...As soon as the level begins, look up and to your left. There will be a Phantom hovering near you. Now just below that and a little to the left you will see a tunnel. Go through this tunnel. Keep walking straight after you exit the tunnel and you will come to a drop off with a ledge on the left side of it. Follow this ledge to the end and you will see the "Sputnik" skull flaoting near the edge. !

... After the outdoor area with all the ghosts, there is an L-Shaped room that is seen throughout the level. It is right before the "armory" room. Grenade jump up to the rafters and its up there.

Level-Oracle
Name- Famine
Effect- certain weapons are found with only half-ammo.
...After getting off the long elevator ride, you will come to a room where convanant and flood are fighting below you, and you have to break the glass to get to where they are fighting. If you crouch/grenade jump up on the opposite side of where you came down, you will find the skull

Just stay up top and let the cheif guy keep yelling at you to get in the elevator until he says "would it help if i said please?" then jump in and go to the monorail thing and face the side opposite from which u enter and the skull is on some boxes in the next room. just stand against the glass and press x.
