Welcome, look around and enjoy the articles posted in our affiliated forum.  Leet Operations clan was based on my experiences in the US Infantry.  This is a real military based clan.  However not everyone is, or has to have been a serviceman or servicewoman to be in the clan.  It was made to put a clan that thrives on teamwork, dedication, rewards, and an overall joy of playing Socom 3.  We want to be number one and once the clan gets rolling there will be screenings for some of the best players, however not just skill is factored in you have to be obey orders, earn your rank like the rest, and play well with the team.  If you are a guest however, and would like to join there is a link posted here called Guestbook which I'm using as a registration and comments page. Just follow the three simple steps listed below this topic if your interested in joining.

Nice to see your interested in becoming a member of the team.  You just have a quick process to go through.  I will email or post in the guestbook that your in, if your qualified for our team, and then within a day after your confirmation you will recieve an invite to Leet Operations clan via Socom 3 online.

If you want ot join our team, use the link on our site Guestbook, use the 3 simple steps given to register.

Step 1.  Give your First name, your email address, Date of Birth (This is used as an age helper), the days date (Is used for rank senority), and one or two things that interest you (Such as do you snipe, Run and Gun).  This information is just a general way of giving you a job you will enjoy in the clan.

Step 2.  Tell me what rank, job, and company you think you should be placed in.  Give reasons that you think support your claim as to why I would want you there.

Step 3.  Wait for you confirmation and report to duty.  You will be told your job, which company your in, and who the leader of you company is.

This is just a quick, simple introduction.  You need to study the clan roster find your name and look at your rank, job, and company.  Once you do that go to How We Work, and study up on what that means your to do in game...when you registered I took your information and put you where I thought you would have fun, while being a benefit to the clan.  Remember guys I know its a game, I'm here for fun as much as you all, but I want to have one of the best clans.  Thus we will play to be the best, we will not whine when we get beat, we will not boast when we win.  Not only does skill dictate how good you are, its how well you accept defeat, and how humble you are to those who maybe just had a bad run.  Remember they might not be in our clan...but they're our fellow gamers treat them with respect.  Yes, even if their not nice to you...ignore them and don't play with them!

You might have noticed that I'm ranked Captain, also you may have noticed that the rank of  General of the Army is available.  I can be promoted via a vote by the Teamleaders of the clan.  Newcomers note that there are currently 22 ranks in our clan, however the number might go to 27.  Newcomers also note that the Major through General of the Army commissioned officers ranks, are for those of you who have progressed through time to Captain and want to progress further.

I personally give you ranks at my discretion, and maybe will use my resources that got you to join, to pick your ELP (entry level position) or rank.  All recruits that come in before November 23, 2005 will be eligible for the ranks Sergeant through Sergeant Major of the Army.  Those that apply after November 23, 2005 aren't applicable for anything above a Corporal, with the exceptions of promotions which have no time frame except what the player puts on themselves.  

Also Commissioned Officers are currently filled, until I get online.  Then after playing some games two of you no matter of your current rank will be promoted to Second Lieutenants, this is because only officers can be Team-leaders and as you can see thats not how it is right now.

Remember how when I talked to you about  how you can earn leadership positions...when you get to Commissioned Officers ranks you will automatically gain leadership for something I think is important and think you can do well. 

These positions will be but are not limited to, Executive Officer of Reqruiting [XOR], Executive Editor of Clansite [XOEC], if and when we get a donations link, Chief Financial Officer [CFO], Executive Officer of Training [EXOT], and Executive Officer of War [EXOW].  I will post their specific Jobs under How We Work, along with their rank insignias, but only when its time to create these positions.  Remember how we have 22 ranks with a possible 27?  These people will have Warrant Officer Ranks.  Pretty much a silver bar with 1 to 5 dots.  Yes, they are equivalents to Commissioned Officers.  Just they will be in charge of important clan tasks...you can apply once you reach Captain or you might be elected to carry the important role.  Note you can be fired from this position if you don't do your job.  Make sure its something you will be interested in doing, and not just a fancy.

2. No profanity, racial, religious, gender oriented, remarks.  If posted will be deleted.

3. No spamming. (Stupid Pointless Aimless Messages) hence S.P.A.M. If posted will be deleted.

Thats it for now, I don't have many rules, because I hope you will do whats right.  However, if you as viewers decide to ruin it for everyone, you will have to answer to those who are upset with you...not me.
