For a system that got considerably less press than the rest of its Sega brethren, the Game Gear actually has more Sonic titles than any other console. Which I suppose makes sense when you think about it; Sega was making Game Gear games in the background during all the other platforms, up until they started working on Dreamcast, I'm guessing. That's a much longer run than most systems ever get, so I guess it isn't surprising there's a lot of games for it. Unfortunately, a couple of these babies were never realized in the US, so we perfectionists are off scouring eBay hunting for imports. (Which, by the way, will work on an American Game Gear, I can tell you.) Those who aren't perfectionists can just get Sonic Adventure DX and unlock the games on there.
