Q. If I am attacked on the street how will I remember what I have learned?
A. Taekwon-Do, like all martial arts, requires dedication. Constant practice and repetition of techniques will make it like second nature, like an automatic reaction when someone attacks.

A. Well, a dedicated student will learn and gain : Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control (both mental and physical) , Indomitable Spirit , physical fitness and a superior and highly effective form of self defence.
