The Saxophone is the greatest of all instruments. It can play as fast as the clarinet, as loud as a trumpet and… it’s shiny too!
It was invented in 1846 by Adolphe Sax, the son of a clarinet maker, who developed the instrument by re-designing a bass clarinet.
