 :One opposing Pokemon may asleep and/or Frozen at a time. (Excluding the move 'Rest')

 :NO DUPLICATE ITEMS

 :use the Level 50 All option in the rule sets (4v4's,5v5's,6v6's)

 :Do not use move that increase evasiveness

 :No one hit KO moves Fissure horn drill ect.
 
 : no duplicate POKEMON you may not have a team of the same pokemon

 : Gym leaders are allowed 2 pokemon not in their certain CLass type

 : Elite 4 have no Distinct Type though some do they may have 2 Pokemon
   OUt of their distinct Class type as well
