Wicked... where can I start? I took him in foster care because the rescue group where he was didn't know what to do with this insane pup! His name at the rescue was Diablo... do I need to add anything to that? He had been placed in a home prior to coming to my house and ate their entire sofa... at 4 months old! Needless to say he learned to be crate trained with me!
Wicked turned out to be an awsome dog! He wants to work again, and again, and again... He is super focused and driven, is a quick learner and won't stop until it kills him! Running him in flyball gives me such a rush of adrenaline and I love it! We make a great team. Wicked made is flyball debute last spring at 16 months old with a best time of 4.3 seconds. Now he runs consistently between 3.9 and 4.1 seconds. We also started disc freestyle and we now have a few tricks under our belt.
Wicked is a great performance dog, very demanding, but so much fun to train! Wicked has one speed and it's FAST! He is very easy to train using the shaping technique as he will offer a lot of behaviors and just wants to please (or get the food in your hand as quick as he can!). His attitude is always positive and he gives me his 110% all the time. I couldn't ask to a better dog! He is truly mommy's big boy!
