Here at Lc Performance Horses we are aiming to re-educate people in the care of our Equine friends, reasons not to over breed, breed from substandard horses, and how we can help to reduce the numbers of horses that are transported live every year across Europe, USA and generally world wide for slaughter and the Rescue and Rehabilitation of neglected horses. We will also be starting a loaning scheme in which we will be looking for new homes for our rescued horses. Showjumping has always been the sport of Lc Performance Horses, and we intend to take you through a step by step schooling program as we bring on a green horse. Keeping you updated on progress and giving you hints and tips on how to school green horses into potential Showjumpers. We are a small private yard and just starting out again here in England after three years in the United States where we rescued and rehabilitated horses before rehoming them.
Lc Performance Horses plans for the future include not only Showjumping, but raising money for various Horse Charities from shows, sponsored events and raising the Equine public 's awareness of how to help reduce numbers of neglected and abused horses, and in preventing the large numbers of horses suffering by travelling thousands of miles.
